Ich war schon mehrfach in Vietnam, es ist ja nicht weit weg von uns. Ich bin jedes Mal erstaunt, wie die Menschen von Vietnam trotz aller Not freundlich und nicht nachtragend sind. Es ist, nicht so lange her, durch eine grausame Zeit gegangen. Das Land ist auferstanden und hat sich super entwickelt. Es ist wundersch\u00f6n und ich liebe seine Speisen! Einige davon bringe ich Euch mit, unter anderem diese Vietnamesische Bl\u00e4tterteig Ravioli. Vietnam war ab 1862 bis 1941 unter franz\u00f6sischer Kolonialmacht und hat dadurch ganz viele franz\u00f6sische Einfl\u00fcsse in deren Speisen. So auch diese Ravioli, die mit Bl\u00e4tterteig und Pate gemacht werden.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Again, we travel with the <a href=\"https:\/\/volkermampft.de\/die-besten-gerichte-aus-vietnam-rezepte-aus-der-vietnamesischen-kueche\/\">culinary World travel group from Volkermampft<\/a>, this time we go to Vietnam. I was several times in Vietnam, it is quite close to where I live. And each time I was surprised how the people from Vietnam are friendly to everyone even after their hardship. It\u2019s not that long ago when they were involved into a gruesome war, a horrible time! The country has reinvented itself and has survived! Vietnam is beautiful and I love their food! I will bring you some of them in this event, just like these puff pastry raviolis. Vietnam was from 1862 to 1941 a French Colony and of course they were influenced by their colonialist\u2019s food. These Ravioli are made with puff pastry and pate, all French ingredients. <\/em><\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image is-style-default\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/rav12-768x1024.jpg\" alt=\"Vietnamesische Bl\u00e4tterteig Ravioli\" class=\"wp-image-8517\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">F\u00fcr ca. 20 St\u00fcck:<br \/>500 g Schweinehackfleisch<br \/>125 g Pate<br \/>4 Fr\u00fchlingszwiebeln, fein gehackt<br \/>\u00bd TL Pfeffer<br \/>\u00bd TL Knoblauch Pulver<br \/>1 EL Mehl<br \/>1 Ei<br \/>500 g Bl\u00e4tterteig, ausgewallt zu einem Rechteck<br \/>1 Eigelb zum Bestreichen<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Das Fleisch mit der Pate, den Fr\u00fchlingszwiebeln, Mehl, Ei und den Gew\u00fcrzen gut vermischen und verkneten. Den Bl\u00e4tterteig auf eine Arbeitsfl\u00e4che legen und Rechtecke von ca. 5\/8 cm mit dem Raviolirad oder dem Pizzaschneider schneiden. Mit einem Essl\u00f6ffel Portionen auf eine Seite der Rechtecke legen. Den Bl\u00e4tterteig zusammenfalten und die offenen Seiten mit einer Gabel zusammendr\u00fccken. Die Ravioli auf ein Backblech legen und mit dem Eigelb bestreichen. Im Ofen bei 180 C ca. 25-30 Minuten backen. Man kann sie warm oder kalt servieren.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For approx. 20 Pieces:<\/em><br \/><em>500 g ground Pork<\/em><br \/><em>125 g Pate<\/em><br \/><em>4 Spring-onion, chopped<\/em><br \/><em>\u00bd tsp Pepper<\/em><br \/><em>\u00bd tsp Garlic Powder<\/em><br \/><em>1 tbsp Flour<\/em><br \/><em>1 Egg<\/em><br \/><em>500 g Puff Pastry, rolled out to a rectangle<\/em><br \/><em>1 Egg-yolk for brushing<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Mix the meat with the pate, spring-onion, flour, egg and the seasoning and knead well. Put the puff pastry onto a working surface and cut rectangles of approx. 5\/8 cm with the ravioli or pizza cutter. Use an ice-cream portioner and place a portion each onto one side of the rectangle. Fold the pastry over and press the sides together with a fork. Put the ravioli onto a baking tray and brush with the egg-yolk. Bake in the oven at 180 C for 25-30 minutes.
