Das habe ich gemacht und den Russenzopf als Gefuelltes Weihnachtsbaum-Brot geformt und dekoriert. Er wurde an eine Weihnachtsfeier mitgenommen und nichts blieb \u00fcbrig!<br \/>Russenzopf passt im ganzen Jahr, aber ich denke, am besten passt er in der Winter- oder Weihnachtszeit. Die F\u00fcllung aus N\u00fcssen, etwas Zimt, und der Duft&#8230; einfach herrlich! F\u00fcllt Eure Z\u00f6pfe, Weihnachtsb\u00e4ume, Nickolausgesichter oder H\u00fcte, bleibt kreativ!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Why not dress a bread for Christmas? I did that with a filled bread, I made a Christmas tree with it and today I brought it to a Christmas Party. Nothing was left! A filled bread fits always, all year long, but I think with this filling, it fits best for winter or Christmas time. The filling, consisting of nuts and cinnamon, smells wonderful and the taste is divine! Why not fill your bread too? Maybe you make a Christmas Tree too, or a Santa Claus face, or his hat? Stay creative!<\/em><\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image is-style-default\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/weih12-732x1024.jpg\" alt=\"Gefuelltes Weihnachtsbaum-Brot\" class=\"wp-image-8429\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Teig:<\/strong><br \/>1 kg Weissmehl oder Zopfmehl<br \/>12 g Trockenhefe<br \/>2 TL Salz<br \/>80 g Zucker<br \/>170 g Butter<br \/>ca 350 g warme Milch<br \/>2 Eier<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Fuellung:<\/strong><br \/>400 g gemahlene Haselnuesse<br \/>120 g Butter, geschmolzen<br \/>2 Eier<br \/>220 g Zucker<br \/>1 Zitrone, den Saft<br \/>1 EL Zimt<br \/>5 EL Sahne<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Das Mehl mit dem Salz mischen, dann die Trockenhefe und den Zucker zugeben. Die Milch erwaermen und die Butter darin schmelzen. Langsam die warme Milch (evt braucht ihr weniger) dem Mehl zumischen und am Schluss noch die verschlagenen Eier zugeben, alles gut verkneten.<br \/>In einer Schuessel, zugedeckt, an einem warmen Ort ca 1.5 Stunden gehen lassen. Ich habe sie neben den Ofen gestellt, denn hier ist es ungemuetlich kalt geworden.<br \/>Den Teig in zwei gleichschwere Stuecke schneiden, dann zu zwei laenglichen Platten ausrollen. Die Zutaten der Fuellung gut vermischen und auf eine der Teigplatten streichen. Die zweite Teigplatte auflegen und leicht andruecken. Nun die Form eines Baumes ausschneiden, dabei ist es nicht so wichtig, genau zu sein, denn durch die Einschnitte kommt Bewegung in den Baum. Nun beidseitiig 2-3 cm breite Einschnitte machen und diese mehrfach in sich selber verdrehen. Zugedeckt 10 Minuten ruhen lassen, unterdessen den Ofen auf 180 C Grad vorheitzen.<br \/>Den Baum mit einem Eigelb bestreichen und im Ofen ca 40-50 Minuten backen. Draufklopfen zeigt an, ob das Brot durchgebacken ist, es sollte wie Holz klingen. Gut auskuehlen lassen!<br \/>Den Weihnachtsbaum mit kleinen Dekorationen dekorieren und auftischen!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/category\/christmas-weihnachten\/page\/3\/\">Mehr Weihnachtsideen findet Ihr hier! &#8211; you can find more Christmas Ideas here!<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><strong>Dough:<\/strong><\/em><br \/><em>1 kg white Flour or strong Bread Flour<\/em><br \/><em>12 g dried Yeast<\/em><br \/><em>2 tsp Salt<\/em><br \/><em>80 g Sugar<\/em><br \/><em>170 g Butter<\/em><br \/><em>approx. 350 g warm Milk<\/em><br \/><em>2 Eggs<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><strong>Filling:<\/strong><\/em><br \/><em>400 g ground Hazelnuts<\/em><br \/><em>120 g Butter, melted<\/em><br \/><em>2 Eggs<\/em><br \/><em>220 g Sugar<\/em><br \/><em>1 Lemon, the juice<\/em><br \/><em>1 tbsp Cinnamon<\/em><br \/><em>5 tbsp Whipping Cream<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Mix the flour with the salt, then add the dried yeast and sugar and mix again. Warm the milk and melt the butter in it. Add it slowly to the dough and mix, then add the eggs. Knead well. Cover the bowl with a towel and let rest at a warm place for 1.5 hours. I put my bowl next to the heater, as it turned cold here.\u00a0<\/em><br \/><em>Cut the dough into two same-size pieces and roll them both out into same-size longish shapes. Mix the ingredients of the filling well together and spread them onto one of those shapes. Cover with the second dough and slightly push down. Now cut this into the shape of a tree. It doesn&#8217;t have to be exact as the movement of the &#8220;leaves&#8221; will make the proper shape. Make incisions of 1 inch and turn them multiple times over, to form the branches.\u00a0\u00a0Cover with a towel and let rest for another 10 minutes.<\/em><br \/><em>Meanwhile preheat the oven to 180 C. Brush the tree with some egg-yolks and bake for 40-50 minutes. By knocking onto the tree you can test if it&#8217;s baked, it should sound like knocking on wood.
