Sie werden heutzutage als Ersatz f\u00fcr Getreideteigwaren in der Paleo-K\u00fcche verwendet und ich finde sie sehr gut und auch optisch sehr sch\u00f6n. Gem\u00fcsenudeln ist wohl ein moderneres Wort als Julienne, denn das ist genauso geschnitten, nur etwas k\u00fcrzer. Diesmal habe ich ged\u00e4mpften Lachs dazu serviert, eine super Kombination, Gemuesenudeln mit Lachs und Pesto, und so einfach!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Vegetable noodles seem to be the last cry in the world of the foodies. But they are not new, I made them many times before they came into the focus of foodies. Nowadays the vegetable noodles are being used as a replacement for the wheat pasta in the Paleo kitchen. Maybe Vegetable Noodle is a modern word for Julienne, as they are cut the same size, maybe a bit shorter. They are very tasty and also beautiful to look at. I served them with steamed Salmon; I think this is a perfect combination in taste and looks! And they are so easy to cook!<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-style-default\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/nud12-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"Gemuesenudeln mit Lachs und Pesto\" class=\"wp-image-8371\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">F\u00fcr 2 Personen:<br \/>2 Scheiben Lachs<br \/>2 TL <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2019\/04\/12\/basilikum-und-tomaten-pesto-basil-and-tomato-pesto\/\">Pesto<\/a><br \/>2 Zucchini<br \/>2 Karotten<br \/>1 grosse Kartoffel<br \/>2 EL <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2019\/04\/12\/basilikum-und-tomaten-pesto-basil-and-tomato-pesto\/\">Pesto<\/a><br \/>Salz und Pfeffer<br \/>1 TL getrocknete italienische Kr\u00e4uter<br \/>wenig Oel<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Die Lachsscheiben mit je einem Teel\u00f6ffel Pesto einstreichen und in einer flachen Pfanne in wenig Oel, mit der Hautseite nach unten, anbraten. Nach 2 Minuten die Hitze runterstellen, Deckel auf die Pfanne geben und den Lachs ca. 10-15 Minuten d\u00e4mpfen lassen.<br \/>Die Zucchini, Karotten und die Kartoffel mit einem Slicer Julienne schneiden. Ich habe so einen Sch\u00e4ler mit diesen Einschnitten.\u00a0Wenig Oel in einer weiten Pfanne erhitzen und zuerst die Kartoffelstreifchen darin anbraten. Dann die Karotten und Zucchini zugeben, unter wenden gut durchbraten. Den Pesto zugeben und alles gut w\u00fcrzen.\u00a0<br \/>Es ist Euch \u00fcberlassen, wie lange und wie gut durchgekocht Ihr das Gem\u00fcse wollt. Es dauert ca 3-5 Minuten, um sie halbweich gekocht zu haben. Wer sie weich will, kocht sie noch 2-3 Minuten l\u00e4nger.\u00a0Den Fisch mit dem Gem\u00fcse servieren.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>************<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For 2 Persons:<\/em><br \/><em>2 Slices of Salmon<\/em><br \/><em>2 tsp <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2019\/04\/12\/basilikum-und-tomaten-pesto-basil-and-tomato-pesto\/\">Pesto<\/a><\/em><br \/><em>2 Zucchini<\/em><br \/><em>2 Carrots<\/em><br \/><em>1 big Potato<\/em><br \/><em>2 tbsp <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2019\/04\/12\/basilikum-und-tomaten-pesto-basil-and-tomato-pesto\/\">Pesto<\/a><\/em><br \/><em>Salt and Pepper<\/em><br \/><em>1 tsp dried Italian Herbs<\/em><br \/><em>some Oil<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Brush the salmon with the 2 tsp of Pesto. Heat some oil in a flat pan and add the salmon with the skin down. Let fry for 2 minutes, then turn down the heat, cover the pan and let the salmon get steamed for 10-15 minutes.\u00a0<\/em><br \/><em>Julienne the carrots, zucchini, and potato. I have a special slicer for that, so it&#8217;s very easy and quickly done. Heat a little oil in a wide pan and add the potatoes first. Let them fry for a couple of minutes, then add the other vegetables. Turn them over during frying, then add the pesto and season them well.\u00a0It&#8217;s up to you how long you want to fry them. In 3-5 minutes, the vegetables will be half cooked and still a little crisp.
