Und selbstverst\u00e4ndlich wurde sie schon ausgetestet!! Ich habe ein Rezeptebuch dazu erhalten, worin mehrere Rezepte f\u00fcr Indische Fladenbrote sind, ich wollte aber kein Naan machen, sondern eher ein Italienisches Fladenbrot, das ich zu einem Antipasto-Teller servieren kann. Also habe ich ein wenig rum gepr\u00f6belt und hier ist das Ergebnis. Fladenbrote passen sehr gut zu kalten Platten, ob Fleisch oder K\u00e4se oder gar Gem\u00fcse, sie passen immer!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>I won a griddle pan at a contest at\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.instructables.com\/\">Instructables<\/a>, which is perfect for flat-breads. Of course, I tried it out! With the pan came a recipe booklet, but all the recipes are Indian flat-breads and I wanted a more Italian style bread, to be served to an antipasto platter. So, I invented a recipe. These breads are perfect with cold meat platters, cheese platters or vegetable plates.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-style-default\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/fla9-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"Italienisches Fladenbrot\" class=\"wp-image-8362\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">F\u00fcr ca. 6 Fladenbrote:<br \/>150 g Weissmehl<br \/>100 g Kichererbsen Mehl<br \/>4 g Trockenhefe<br \/>1\/2 TL Salz<br \/>130-150 ml warmes Wasser<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Die Zutaten zu einem Teig zusammen kneten. Die Menge des Wassers h\u00e4ngt vom Mehl ab, bei mir brauchte ich einmal nur 130 ml, das n\u00e4chste Mal fast 150 ml. Also vorsichtig mit der Menge umgehen. Den Teig gut durch kneten, dann ca. 30-45 Minuten zugedeckt gehen lassen.\u00a0<br \/>Dann den Teig ausrollen und in ca. 6 Teile reissen. Diese nochmals etwas flacher rollen und in der heissen Grillpfanne mit sehr wenig \u00d6l auf beiden Seiten backen. Das Brot kann warm oder kalt serviert werden.<br \/>Meines wurde zu einer Antipasto-Platte mit verschiedenen Fleischsorten, eingelegtem Gem\u00fcse, Mozzarella di Buffalo und Crostini serviert.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For approx. 6 flat-breads:<\/em><br \/><em>150 g strong white Bread Flour<\/em><br \/><em>100 g Chickpea Flour<\/em><br \/><em>4 g dried Yeast<\/em><br \/><em>1\/2 tsp Salt<\/em><br \/><em>130-150 ml warm Water<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Mix all the ingredients and knead them to a dough. Be careful with the water, the amount depends on the quality of the flours. The first time I only used 130 ml, the second time I had to add 150 ml. Knead the dough well, then cover and let rise for 30-45 minutes.\u00a0<\/em><br \/><em>Roll out the dough and pull it apart into approx. 6 pieces. Roll them out a little flatter and fry them on both sides in the hot griddle pan, with very little oil.
