Ja, auch solche Rezepte gibt es. Manchmal hat man Zutaten zuhause, die zusammen gestellt etwas ganz feines ergeben. So ging es mit dieser Pastete, Fisch, Reisreste und Blaetterteig ergaben eine sehr leckere Verbindung.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>This fish pie was created by chance. Yes, there are such kind of recipes too. Sometimes you have some ingredients at home, which will make a perfect dish. This is what happened with this fish pie. I had some fish, some leftover rice and some puff pastry and it made a wonderful and tasty combination. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-style-default\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/fip8-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"Fischpastete mit Reisf\u00fcllung\" class=\"wp-image-8323\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">600 g Fischfilets, egal welche<br>20 g Butter<br>300 g gekochter weisser Reis<br>1 rote Pepperoni, klein gew\u00fcrfelt<br>3 Fr\u00fchlingszwiebeln, gehackt<br>2 ausgewallte Bl\u00e4tterteige, ca 30\/50 cm<br>Salz und Pfeffer<br>Etwas Oliven\u00f6l<br>Dill nach Belieben<br>1 Eigelb zum Bestreichen<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Die Fischfilets in der Butter braten, dann zerrupfen. Den Fisch mit dem Reis, der Pepperoni, den Fr\u00fchlingszwiebeln und den Gew\u00fcrzen und Dill gut vermischen. Beide Bl\u00e4tterteige auslegen und einen in Fischform schneiden. Den zweiten genau gleich, aber auf allen Seiten 3 cm grosser schneiden. Die Reis-Fisch F\u00fcllung auf den kleineren Teil legen und auf allen Seiten 2 cm frei lassen. Die Bl\u00e4tterteigr\u00e4nder mit kaltem Wasser bestreichen und den gr\u00f6sseren Teil des Bl\u00e4tterteiges darauf legen. Da die F\u00fcllung hochsteht, werden die R\u00e4nder jetzt ziemlich gleich sein. Gut mit der Gabel zusammen druecken. Aus Teigresten Mund, Augen und Flossen schneiden und mit kaltem Wasser aufkleben. Alles mit dem verschlagenem Eigelb bestreichen und im Ofen bei 200 C Grad ca 40 Minuten backen. Heiss mit einem Salat servieren.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>************<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>600 g Fish fillets, any kind<\/em><br><em>20 g Butter<\/em><br><em>300 g cooked white Rice<\/em><br><em>1 red Capsicum, diced<\/em><br><em>3 Spring-onion, chopped<\/em><br><em>2 rolled out Puff Pastry Sheets of approx. 30\/50 cm<\/em><br><em>Salt and Pepper<\/em><br><em>some Olive Oil<\/em><br><em>Dill to taste<\/em><br><em>1 Egg-yolk to brush the pastry<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Fry the fish fillets in the butter and pull them apart. Mix it with the rice, the capsicum, spring-onion, and the seasoning and dill. Put both puff pastry sheets onto the working surface and cut one in the shape of a fish, cut the second the same shape but 3 cm bigger. Put the fish-rice filling onto the smaller puff pastry but leave 2 cm all around free. Brush these 2 cm with cold water and put the bigger pastry on top. As the filling is forming a mound the pastry will now fit. Push the sides well together with the back of a fork. Cut mouth, eyes and fins from the leftover pastry and glue them on with cold water. Now brush all the pastry with the egg-yolk and bake in the oven at 200 C for 40 minutes.
