Briochiges Toastbrot, weich und luftig. Dieser Teig wird wunderbar! Ich habe ihn in Flecken in eine Cakeform gegeben und das sah echt schoen aus. Man kann das Brot nach dem Backen auftoasten, was seinen Butteranteil richtig zum Tragen bringt und es richtig knusprig macht! Wir lieben es!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>I love the airiness of bread dough, especially the dough of a Brioche! This dough is delicious! I filled it in patches into a cake tin and it turned out beautiful. You can toast the bread slices to make the taste of the butter come out more, and it makes the bread so crisp. We love it!<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-style-default\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/bri8-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"Briochiges Toastbrot, weich und luftig\" class=\"wp-image-8307\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">60 ml warme Milch<br \/>7 g Trockenhefe<br \/>1 EL Zucker<br \/>3 Eier<br \/>1 TL Salz<br \/>500 g Brot- oder Zopfmehl<br \/>120 g weiche Butter<br \/>1 Eigelb zum Bestreichen<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Die Trockenhefe in der warmen Milch 10 Minuten quellen lassen. Das Mehl mit Zucker und Salz mischen, dann die Eier, weiche Butter und die aufgegangene Hefemischung dazu geben. Mindestens 10 Minuten kneten lassen. Zugedeckt 1 Stunde gehen lassen. Nun den Teig strecken und falten, mindestens 3 Mal und nochmals 1 Stunde zugedeckt gehen lassen. Danach den Teig in ca 10 gleichgrosse St\u00fccke schneiden. Ich habe jedes St\u00fcck rund gewirkt, dann leicht flachgedr\u00fcckt in aufrecht in die Cakeform gestellt. Zugedeckt nochmals 20 Minuten ruhen lassen. Dann mit dem Eigelb bestreichen und im Ofen bei 180 C Grad ca 30-40 Minuten backen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2021\/01\/05\/glutenfreie-variante-des-briochigen-toastbrotes-mit-knoblauchbutter\/\">Gluten-free Variation with Herbs<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>60 ml warm Milk<\/em><br \/><em>7 g dried Yeast<\/em><br \/><em>1 tbsp Sugar<\/em><br \/><em>3 Egg<\/em><br \/><em>1 tsp Salt<\/em><br \/><em>500 g Bread Flour<\/em><br \/><em>120 g soft Butter<\/em><br \/><em>1 Egg-yolk to brush<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Soak the dried yeast in the warm milk for 10 minutes until it foams. Mix the flour with the salt and sugar, then add the eggs, soft butter and the foamy yeast. Knead well for 10 minutes. Cover the bowl with a towel and let rest for 1 hour. Then take it from the bowl and fold and stretch at least 3 times, let rest again covered for another hour. Cut the dough into approx. 10 pieces, I rolled them into bread rolls, flattened them slightly and put them standing up into a cake tin. Cover and let rest for 20 minutes.
