Sie brauchen zwar ihre Zeit und man muss sie vorsichtig braten, damit sie nicht auseinander fallen, aber ich habe eine schnelle und einfache Methode gefunden f\u00fcr Knusper Fleisch-Chuegeli. Dieses Rezept hier ist ein &#8220;schnelles&#8221; Rezept, das im Ofen gebacken wird und durch Zugabe von Brotbr\u00f6sel sehr knusprig wird. Uns hat es super geschmeckt. Ich habe sie mit Kartoffelbrei (ein muss bei uns, wenn es Ch\u00fcgeli gibt) und einer Rotweinsauce serviert. Einfach lecker!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Ch\u00fcgeli are Meatballs, it&#8217;s just the name the Swiss give their meatballs. Actually there are more names for them, like Taetschli, Boelleli and many more. But you are not here to learn Swiss language, you are here for a recipe! The Ch\u00fcgeli normally take their time, you have to be careful when frying them, to not let them fall apart. But I found a very easy way to make them. This recipe is fast as we bake them in the oven. Add some breadcrumbs and they get really nice and crispy! I served them with mashed potatoes (we ALWAYS serve it with mashed potatoes)\u00a0 and a creamy red wine sauce.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-style-default\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/chnu15-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"Knusper Fleisch-Chuegeli\" class=\"wp-image-8293\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">F\u00fcr 4 Personen:<br \/>800 g Rindergehacktes<br \/>3 Scheiben Vollkorntoastbrot, in Milch eingeweicht<br \/>2 Knoblauchzehen, gepresst<br \/>150 g geriebener gemischter K\u00e4se f\u00fcr Nachos<br \/>1 Ei<br \/>1 Bund Petersilie, gehackt<br \/>1 TL gemahlener Rosmarin<br \/>1 TL italienische Kr\u00e4uter<br \/>Salz und Pfeffer<br \/>Paprika<br \/>Chiliflocken<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Diese Zutaten gut zusammen kneten. Dann mit einem Eisportionierer Kugeln ausstechen und in eine gefettete Pieform geben.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">50 g Brotbr\u00f6sel\u00a0<br \/>\u00fcber die Fleischch\u00fcgeli streuen, mit wenig Oliven\u00f6l betr\u00e4ufeln und im Ofen bei 200 C Grad 40 Minuten backen.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Fuer die Sauce:<\/strong><br \/>150 ml Rotwein<br \/>50 ml Sahne<br \/>Salz und Pfeffer<br \/>Rosmarin und Oregano<br \/>1 TL <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2018\/09\/25\/selbstgemachtes-steinpilz-bratensaucepulver-homemade-gravy-powder\/\">Bratensaucenpulver<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Den Wein in einem kleinen Topf etwas einkochen lassen, die Sahne und das Gew\u00fcrz zugeben, das Bratensaucenpulver reingeben und mit einem Schwingbesen vermischen.\u00a0<br \/>Kartoffelbrei kochen und zusammen mit den knusprigen Ch\u00fcgeli und der Rotweinsauce servieren.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For 4 Persons:<\/em><br \/><em>800 g ground Beef<\/em><br \/><em>3 Slices of whole-wheat Toast Bread, soaked in milk<\/em><br \/><em>2 cloves of Garlic, pressed<\/em><br \/><em>150 g grated mixed Cheese for Nachos<\/em><br \/><em>1 Egg<\/em><br \/><em>1 Bunch Parsley, chopped<\/em><br \/><em>1 tsp ground Rosemary<\/em><br \/><em>1 tsp Italian Herbs<\/em><br \/><em>Salt and Pepper<\/em><br \/><em>Paprika<\/em><br \/><em>Chili flakes<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Knead those ingredients well together. Then make portions with the ice-cream scoop and put them into a greased pie dish.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>50 g Breadcrumbs<\/em><br \/><em>sprinkle them over the meatballs and sprinkle some olive oil over them.
