Sie werden zu allen Mahlzeiten serviert. Die traditionellen, s\u00fcdindischen Chutneys sind auf einem Mus aus Kokosnussfleisch und weiteren Zutaten, wie Chili, Minze oder Koriander, basiert. Doch wurden auch Gemuese und Fruechte zu Chutneys verarbeitet. Diese Variante wurde durch die Engl\u00e4nder nach Europa gebracht. Chutneys werden heute je nach Region und verwendeten Zutaten \u00e4hnlich wie Marmelade gekocht und eingemacht, oder kalt p\u00fcriert und frisch verzehrt. Dieses Chutney &#8211; Naariyal Aam Chutney &#8211; aus Kokosnuss Mus und Mango ist eine Verbindung von beiden Arten!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>In India there are many variations of Chutneys. They are served to any meal. The traditional Chutneys from South India are made with a puree of coconut and more ingredients, like chili, mint, or coriander. But even fruits and vegetables are made into Chutneys. These variations have been brought to Europe by the English. Today, depending on the region and used ingredients, Chutneys are cooked like jams. Or they are pureed cold and used immediately. My Chutney is made with a mix of coconut and mangos, kind of a fusion of both ways. <\/em><\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image is-style-default\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/coc12-683x1024.jpg\" alt=\"Naariyal Aam Chutney\" class=\"wp-image-8237\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Fuer 1 grosses Glas:<\/strong><br>1 grosse halbreife Mango<br>80 g Kokosnuss St\u00fccke (ich habe getrocknete St\u00fccke genommen, nicht die Raspel)<br>2 Knoblauchzehen, gerieben<br>1 TL Ingwer, gerieben<br>\u00bd TL Kreuzk\u00fcmmel Pulver<br>1 EL Garam Masala<br>1 gr\u00fcne Chili<br>Salz nach Wunsch<br>1 EL Oliven\u00f6l<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Gew\u00fcrzmischung:<\/strong><br>1 EL Oel<br>3 Lime Blaetter (oder Curry Blaetter)<br>1 getrocknete rote Chilischote, zerbrochen<br>1 TL Senfsamen<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Das Oel in einer flachen Pfanne erhitzen und das Garam Masala und die gehackte Chili darin kurz anbraten. Den Kreuzk\u00fcmmel dazu geben und vom Herd nehmen. <br>Die Mango sch\u00e4len und in St\u00fccke hacken. Dann in einem Mixer alle Zutaten p\u00fcrieren. <br>Das Oel fuer die Gew\u00fcrzmischung erhitzen. Die Zutaten der Mischung darin kurz braten, bis es knackt. Vom Herd nehmen und mit dem P\u00fcree mischen. Sofort in ein Glas abf\u00fcllen und im K\u00fchlschrank lagern.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>************<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><strong>For 1 big Jar:<\/strong><\/em><br><em>1 big half ripe Mango<\/em><br><em>80 g chopped Coconut (I used the dry chopped one, not the grated one)<\/em><br><em>2 cloves of Garlic, grated<\/em><br><em>1 tsp Ginger, grated<\/em><br><em>\u00bd tsp Cumin Powder<\/em><br><em>1 tbsp Garam Masala<\/em><br><em>1 green Chili<\/em><br><em>Salt to taste<\/em><br><em>1 tbsp Olive Oil<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><strong>Seasoning:<\/strong><\/em><br><em>1 tbsp Oil<\/em><br><em>3 Lime Leaves (or Curry Leaves)<\/em><br><em>1 dried red Chili, broken up<\/em><br><em>1 tsp Mustard Seeds<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Heat the oil in a flat pan and fry the garam masala and the chopped chili. Add the cumin seeds and take from the heat. <\/em><br><em>Peel the mango and chop it. Then add all ingredients to the blender and puree. <\/em><br><em>Heat the oil for the seasoning and quickly fry in it until the mustard seeds crackle. Add to the puree and mix. Fill immediately into a jar and close.
