Da heute der Tag des Gugelhopf ist, kommt dieser Macadamia und weisse Schokolade Gugelhopf genau richtig! Ich habe aus einem Grundrezept verschiedene R\u00fchrkuchen gemacht, das heisst, die Zutaten einfach ver\u00e4ndert. Man kann ohne weiteres Mandeln verwenden, oder die N\u00fcsse weglassen und mehr Schokolade zugeben. Wieder einmal kann man mit meinem Rezept kreativ sein! Den heutigen Gugelhopf habe ich mit Macadamia N\u00fcssen gef\u00fcllt und weisse Schokoladest\u00fccke zugegeben. Er schmeckt wirklich gut und ist sehr speziell!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>These bundt cakes are so easy to bake and everyone loves them. Today is national Bundt Cake day, so this recipe is perfect. I used my master recipe and changed the ingredients, to make different cakes. You can easily use almonds instead of macadamia, or just use more chocolate. Again you can be creative with one of my recipes! Today&#8217;s\u00a0cake is filled with macadamia nuts and white chocolate drops. It tastes wonderful!<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-style-default\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/mac5-1024x906.jpg\" alt=\"Macadamia und weisse Schokolade Gugelhopf\" class=\"wp-image-8227\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">F\u00fcr einen Gugelhopf:<br \/>200 g weiche Butter<br \/>180 g Zucker<br \/>1 EL Vanillezucker<br \/>4 Eier<br \/>400 g Mehl<br \/>1 geh\u00e4ufter EL Backpulver<br \/>75 ml Milch<br \/>200 g Macadamia Nuesse<br \/>100 g weisse Schokolade Tropfen<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Die Butter mit dem Zucker und Vanillezucker schaumig r\u00fchren. Die Eier zugeben, gut vermischen. Das Mehl mit dem Backpulver vermischen und dazu mischen. Die N\u00fcsse und Schokolade Tropfen zugeben und gut vermischen. Die Milch zuf\u00fcgen bis ein Reissfester Teig entsteht. Eine Gugelhopfform einfetten und den Teig einf\u00fcllen. Im vorgeheizten Ofen bei 180 C Grad 45-50 Minuten backen. Den Kuchen 10 Minuten ausk\u00fchlen lassen, dann aus der Gugelhopfform kippen. Den ausgek\u00fchlten Kuchen mit Puderzucker best\u00e4uben und servieren.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For one Bundt Cake:<\/em><br \/><em>200 g soft Butter<\/em><br \/><em>180 g Sugar<\/em><br \/><em>1 tbsp Vanilla Sugar<\/em><br \/><em>4 Eggs<\/em><br \/><em>400 g Flour<\/em><br \/><em>1 heaped tbsp Baking Powder<\/em><br \/><em>75 ml Milk<\/em><br \/><em>200 g Macadamia Nuts<\/em><br \/><em>100 g white Chocolate drops<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Beat the butter with the sugar and vanilla sugar. Add the eggs and go on beating. Mix the flour with the baking powder and mix it to the batter. Now add the macadamia nuts and chocolate drops. Add the milk so that the dough will fall slowly from the spoon. Grease a Bundt cake form and fill in the dough. Bake in the preheated oven at 180 C for 45-50 minutes. Let cool for 10 minutes before turning it over and removing the baking dish.
