Zu diesen Vorr\u00e4ten geh\u00f6rt auch das H\u00fchnerleber Pate. Es ist sehr einfach herzustellen, schmeckt wirklich fantastisch und wenn man will, kann man es &#8220;personalisieren&#8221;, indem man Oliven, Pilze, Speckw\u00fcrfel oder anderes beigibt. Ich f\u00fclle das Pate in kleine Gratinf\u00f6rmchen und friere es ein. Wenn nun Besucher kommen, ist es ganz schnell aufgetaut. One of those foods is chicken liver pate. It is easy to do and can be frozen. If you freeze it in small portions you can take one out when your visitors come and is ready to serve as soon as you have set the table. You can &#8220;personalize&#8221; your pate by adding olives, or mushrooms, or bacon bits. It&#8217;s as easy as this!<\/em><\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image is-style-default\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/pat5-823x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-8213\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Fuer 2 Foermchen (ca 150 g je):<br \/>1 kleine Zwiebel<br \/>2 Knoblauchzehen<br \/>50 g Butter<br \/>250 g frische H\u00fchnerleber<br \/>40 g Coppa\/Capocollo calabrese (Kalabrische Kopf-Nackenwurst)<br \/>2 El Brandy<br \/>Salz, Pfeffer, Thymian<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Die Zwiebel und die Knoblauchzehen in den Blender geben und kleinhacken. Die Butter in einer Bratpfanne schmelzen und die gehackten Zwiebel und Knoblauchzehen zugeben und weich kochen. Dann die Leber zugeben, alles gut w\u00fcrzen und ca 10 Minuten kochen lassen, bis die Leber durchgekocht ist. Dann alles in den Blender zur\u00fcck geben und den Brandy zugeben. Den Coppa kleinschneiden und auch zugeben. Nun alles gut p\u00fcrieren. Die Mischung in die Sch\u00fcsselchen verteilen, glattstreichen und mindestens 4 Stunden im K\u00fchlschrank kalt werden lassen. Ich packe sie danach in Klarsichtfolie und friere sie ein. Am Besten schmecken sie mit Crackers oder Toastbrot<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>For two small dishes (approx. 150 g each):<br>1 small Onion<br>2 cloves of Garlic<br>50 g Butter<br>250 g fresh Chicken Liver<br>40 g Coppa\/Capocollo calabrese<br>2 tbsp Brandy<br>Salt, Pepper, Thyme<br><br>Put the onion and garlic into the blender and blend. Melt the butter in a frying pan and add the onion and garlic. Let cook on small heat until the onion and garlic are soft. Then add the chicken liver and season well. Let cook for up to 10 minutes, mixing from time to time, until the liver is cooked. Pour everything back into the blender, add the chopped Coppa and the Brandy and blend until smooth. Pour the mixture into the small dishes, flatten the top and put into the fridge for at least 4 hours. I then wrap them into Cling-foil and freeze them.
