Das Fleisch ist Speck \u00e4hnlich und fettig, aber wenn man es richtig kocht, ist es unglaublich schmackhaft! Ich habe bereits eines meiner Lieblingsrezepte hier auf dem Blog, den <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2019\/12\/20\/nian-wuhuarou-klebriger-schweinebauch-sticky-chinese-pork-belly\/\">Chinesischen, klebrigen Schweinebauch<\/a>. Diesen Schweinebauch hier ist nicht klebrig, aber sehr gut. Ich habe ihn mit Karotten gekocht, denn die s\u00fcssliche Note der Karotten passt wunderbar. Dazu kann man Reis servieren oder knuspriges Brot!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">***********<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>I love pork belly! The meat is similar to bacon, of course fatty, but with a lot of taste if cooked properly. I already have one of my favorite pork belly recipes here on my blog, the <\/em><a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2019\/12\/20\/nian-wuhuarou-klebriger-schweinebauch-sticky-chinese-pork-belly\/\"><em>Chinese sticky Pork Belly<\/em><\/a><em>. This new recipe is not sticky, but very tasty. I cooked it with carrots, as the naturel sweetness of them fit very well to the meat. Serve it with some rice or crusty bread. <\/em><\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image is-style-default\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/sch10-683x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-8166\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">F\u00fcr 2 Personen:<br>1 TL Kreuzk\u00fcmmelsamen<br>1 TL Pfefferk\u00f6rner (ich hatte Rosenpfeffer)<br>2 Knoblauchzehen<br>1 Fr\u00fchlingszwiebel, in St\u00fccke geschnitten<br>2 cm Ingwer, in Scheiben geschnitten<br>300 g Bauchspeck, in mehrere St\u00fccke geschnitten<br>400 g Karotten, in Stuecke geschnitten<br>Salz und Pfeffer<br>20 g Butter<br>\u00bd TL Zucker<br>3 EL Soja Sauce<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Einen Topf mit Wasser aufsetzen, etwas Salz, die Pfefferk\u00f6rner, den Ingwer, Knoblauchzehen, K\u00fcmmelsamen und Fr\u00fchlingszwiebel zugeben. Zum Sieden bringen. Sobald das Wasser siedet, die Fleischst\u00fccke zugeben. Mindestens 40-50 Minuten k\u00f6cheln lassen. Dann das Fleisch mit den Gew\u00fcrzen abgiessen. Den Ingwer wegwerfen. Die restlichen Gew\u00fcrze k\u00f6nnen entfernt werden, aber man kann sie auch dazu lassen. Die Butter in einem Topf schmelzen und die Karotten reingeben. Mit Salz und Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen und den Zucker zugeben. Kurz leicht glasieren lassen, dann die Fleischst\u00fccke dazu geben und solange mitbraten bis die Karotten weich sind (ca 15 Minuten). Die Soja Sauce dazu giessen und kurz einkochen lassen. Mit Reis oder Krustenbrot servieren.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For 2 Persons:<\/em><br><em>1 tsp Cumin Seeds<\/em><br><em>1 tsp Peppercorns (I used rose pepper)<\/em><br><em>2 cloves of Garlic<\/em><br><em>1 Spring-onion, cut into pieces<\/em><br><em>2 cm Ginger, sliced<\/em><br><em>300 g Pork Belly, cut into pieces<\/em><br><em>400 g Carrots, cut into pieces<\/em><br><em>Salt and Pepper<\/em><br><em>20 g Butter<\/em><br><em>\u00bd tsp Sugar<\/em><br><em>3 tbsp Soy Sauce<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Bring a pot of water with the peppercorns, ginger, salt, garlic cloves, cumin seeds and spring-onion to a boil. As soon as the water boils add the meat pieces. Simmer for at least 40-50 minutes. Then drain the meat with the spices. Throw the ginger. You can remove the rest of the spices too, or you can leave them, it\u2019s up to you. Melt the butter in a pot and add the carrots. Season with salt and pepper and add the sugar. Let glace shortly, then add the meat pieces. Let cook until the carrots are soft (approx. 15 minutes. Add the soy sauce and let reduce.
