Mein Liebster sagt dann jedesmal, ob ich&#8217;s nochmals versuche, ihn zu vergiften, denn bis jetzt hat&#8217;s noch nicht geklappt! Ich hatte Portobello Pilze gekauft und Gebratene Portobello Pilze gekocht, das sind diese grossen, Champignonartigen Pilze, die ich normalerweise f\u00fclle. Wenn man die heiss bratet, mit viel Knoblauch, dann sind die wunderbar!! Man kann aber auch ganz normale Champignons nehmen! Und es geht auch ganz schnell! Meine Mama hat diese Pilze oft auf Toastbrot serviert, ein schnelles und leckeres Gericht! My hubby asks me every time, if I try to poison him again, then all the other times it didn&#8217;t work! I bought Portobello mushrooms, the big mushrooms I usually use to fill. If you fry them on high heat with lots of garlic, they will be delicious!! And they are done in a jiffy! You can also use normal button mushrooms. My mum used to serve them on a piece of toast. It\u2019s an easy and quick dish! This is my entry to the blog event <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kochtopf.me\/blog-event-herbstgenuss\">Autumn enjoyment<\/a> from <a href=\"https:\/\/backmaedchen1967.de\/\">Backmaedchen1967<\/a> on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kochtopf.me\/\">Zorras blog Kochtopf.<\/a> <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/por12-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"Gebratene Portobello Pilze\" class=\"wp-image-7985\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Fuer 4 Personen:<br \/>6 Knoblauchzehen<br \/>500 g Portobello Pilze<br \/>20 g Butter<br \/>1 EL Oliven\u00f6l<br \/>Salz und Pfeffer<br \/>Paprika<br \/>Rosmarin<br \/>1 TL Italienische Kr\u00e4uter oder gehackte Petersilie <br \/>Etwas Zitronensaft<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Die Pilze mit einem feuchten K\u00fcchentuch abwischen und in Scheiben schneiden, etwas Zitronensaft dar\u00fcber tr\u00e4ufeln. Die Knoblauchzehen hacken. Butter mit dem Oliven\u00f6l in einer weiten Pfanne erhitzen und den Knoblauch anbraten. Die Pilzscheiben dazu geben und bei grosser Hitze (ohne die Pilze anbrennen) unter wenden gut braten. W\u00fcrzen und nicht zu lange braten, so dass sie noch etwas &#8220;biss&#8221; haben. Wenn man sie zu lange kocht, lassen sie sehr viel Wasser raus und schmecken nicht mehr so gut! Heiss auf Toast oder zu Fleisch servieren!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>************<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For 4 Persons:<\/em><br \/><em>6 cloves of Garlic<\/em><br \/><em>500 g Portobello Mushrooms<\/em><br \/><em>20 g Butter<\/em><br \/><em>1 tbsp Olive Oil<\/em><br \/><em>Salt and Pepper<\/em><br \/><em>Paprika<\/em><br \/><em>Rosemary<\/em><br \/><em>1 tsp Italian Herbs or chopped Parsley <\/em><br \/><em>Some Lemon Juice<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Brush the mushrooms carefully with a wet kitchen towel and cut them into slices. Sprinkle them with a little lemon juice. Chop the garlic cloves. Heat the butter and the olive oil in a wide pan and fry the chopped garlic in it. Add the mushroom slices and fry on high heat (without burning them), while turning them over all the time. Season well. Don&#8217;t fry them too long or they will release a lot of water and lose their taste. So only fry them until they still have some &#8220;bite&#8221;.
