Meine Kinder und ich haben immer eine eigene Mischung aus Paprika und verschiedenen Gew\u00fcrzen gemacht, das wir auf Chips und Kartoffel gegeben haben, aber da ist dieses unglaublich gut riechende Pomix. Und das Erste, was mit einfiel, um dieses Gew\u00fcrz auszuprobieren, war Roesti!!! Zu einer Roesti geh\u00f6ren Bratw\u00fcrste und dazu eine richtige Zwiebelsauce, also gibts Roeschti mit Bratwurscht und Boellesauce! Yummy, unsere Quarantaene war gerettet, denn ich hatte Bratw\u00fcrste aus der Schweiz mitgebracht!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>(Advertising through product recognition, cooperation) When I looked through my products from <\/em><a href=\"http:\/\/www.oswald.ch\"><em>Oswald<\/em><\/a><em> I saw a mixture called Pomix. It is a mix for potato dishes. My kids and I used to make our own mixture with paprika, salt and more, to put onto chips and potato dishes, but here was this delicious Pomix. The first thing that came to my mind was cooking Roesti!! And in Switzerland with Roesti you serve Bratwurst, and with that you also serve a nice onion sauce. Yummy, my quarantine is saved, as I had brought Swiss Bratwurst with me!!<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/rmb21-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"Roeschti mit Bratwurscht und Boellesauce\" class=\"wp-image-7939\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">F\u00fcr 2 Personen:<br \/>600 g Kartoffeln, am Vortag gekocht<br \/>1 TL <a href=\"https:\/\/www.oswald.ch\/de\/all-products\/gewuerzprodukte-pomix-gewuerz\">Pomix von Oswald<\/a><br \/>20 g Butter<br \/>10 g Butter<br \/>2 Bratw\u00fcrste<br \/>2 Zwiebeln, halbiert und in d\u00fcnne Scheiben geschnitten<br \/>20 g Butter<br \/>\u00bd TL Zucker<br \/>150 g Champignons, fein geschnitten<br \/>200 ml <a href=\"https:\/\/www.oswald.ch\/de\/saucenprodukte-bratensauce-spezial?attribute179=10\">Bratensauce von Oswald<\/a><br \/>1 TL <a href=\"https:\/\/www.oswald.ch\/de\/gewuerzprodukte-fuego-gewuerz\">Fuego von Oswald<\/a><br \/>Salz und Pfeffer<br \/>Etwas Saure Sahne nach Belieben<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Die Kartoffeln auf der groben Reibe raffeln und mit dem Pomix vermischen. Die 20 g Butter in einer flachen Pfanne schmelzen und die Kartoffel reingeben. Kurz anbraten lassen, dann gut vermischen. Nun die Masse zu einem Kuchen zusammen druecken und mit aufgelegtem Deckel auf kleiner Flamme ca 20 Minuten k\u00f6cheln lassen. Hin und wieder die Pfanne leicht bewegen, um den Kartoffelkuchen zu l\u00f6sen. Einen grossen Teller auf die Pfanne legen und mit Schwung die R\u00f6sti wenden. 10 g Butter in die Pfanne geben und die R\u00f6sti hineinrutschen lassen. Nochmals ca 10-15 Minuten zugedeckt k\u00f6cheln lassen. <br \/>Unterdessen 20 g Butter in einer separaten flachen Pfanne erhitzen und die in Scheiben geschnittenen Zwiebeln zugeben. Mit Salz, Pfeffer und dem Zucker w\u00fcrzen. Auf kleinem Feuer so lange k\u00f6cheln lassen, bis die Zwiebeln weich sind. Dann die Pilze zugeben und das Fuego dazu mischen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Nun die Bratensauce dazu geben und k\u00f6cheln lassen. In einer weiteren Pfanne die Bratw\u00fcrste, die vorher mit einer Gabel rundherum eingestochen werden, um das Platzen der Haut zu verhindern, beidseitig gut braten. Dann in die Sauce geben und die Sauce mit Saurer Sahne abschmecken. Die R\u00f6sti wie einen Kuchen in St\u00fccke schneiden und mit der Bratwurst und der Zwiebel-Pilzsauce servieren. <br \/>En Guete!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For 2 Persons:<\/em><br \/><em>600 g Potatoes, cooked one day ahead<\/em><br \/><em>1 tsp <a href=\"https:\/\/www.oswald.ch\/de\/all-products\/gewuerzprodukte-pomix-gewuerz\">Pomix from Oswald<\/a><\/em><br \/><em>20 g Butter<\/em><br \/><em>10 g Butter<\/em><br \/><em>2 Bratwurst<\/em><br \/><em>2 Onion, halved and sliced<\/em><br \/><em>20 g Butter<\/em><br \/><em>\u00bd tsp Sugar<\/em><br \/><em>150 g Button Mushrooms, sliced<\/em><br \/><em>200 ml <a href=\"https:\/\/www.oswald.ch\/de\/saucenprodukte-bratensauce-spezial?attribute179=10\">Gravy from Oswald<\/a><\/em><br \/><em>1 tsp <a href=\"https:\/\/www.oswald.ch\/de\/gewuerzprodukte-fuego-gewuerz\">Fuego from Oswald<\/a><\/em><br \/><em>Salt and Pepper<\/em><br \/><em>Some Sour Cream to taste<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Grate the potatoes on the coarse grater and mix them with the Pomix seasoning. Melt the 20 g butter in a flat pan and add the potatoes. Let fry shortly then mix up again. Now push the potatoes together to a cake. Cover the pan with a lid and cook on small flame for 20 minutes. Shake the pan from time to time to avoid sticking. Put a big plate over the pan and in one movement turn it over onto the plate. Then melt the 10 g butter and let the potato cake glide into the pan again. Cook covered for another 10-15 minutes. <\/em><br \/><em>Meanwhile heat the 20 g butter in a separate pan and add the sliced onion. Season with salt and pepper and the sugar. Cook on small flame until the onions are soft, then add the Fuego seasoning and mushrooms.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em> Then add the gravy and let simmer. In a separate pan fry the sausages but prick them first with a fork to avoid the ripping of the skin. Then put them into the sauce and add some sour cream to taste.
