Und was macht eine Heimweh Italienerin? Sie macht Gnocchi!!!! Ich habe schon eine <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/category\/gnocchi\/\">ganze Sammlung von Gnocchi<\/a> auf meinem Blog und erfreue mich immer sehr daran. Ich muss nicht erw\u00e4hnen, dass es meine Lieblings Dumplings sind! Aber im Gegensatz zu meiner Mutter, die die Gnocchi Masse nie gew\u00fcrzt hat, habe ich diesmal die Masse mit <a href=\"http:\/\/www.oswald.ch\">Oswald Gewuerzen<\/a> etwas schmackhafter gemacht und diese Kuerbis Gnocchi mit Speck-Pilz Sauce und Stilton gemacht.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Ich habe die Masse 50\/50 mit Kartoffeln gemischt, den mein Liebster ist kein grosser K\u00fcrbis Fan, so hat es nicht ganz so fest nach Kuerbis geschmeckt, aber sie sind auch nicht goldgelb geworden. Man kann ohne weiteres die Mischung 60\/40 zugunsten dem K\u00fcrbisp\u00fcree machen. Ich habe auch eine unkonventionelle Art von Gnocchimachen gew\u00e4hlt und das ging ganz schnell und einfach!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>(Advertising through product recognition, cooperation) I have shown you<\/em> <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2020\/10\/16\/pumpkin-bread-for-the-world-bread-day\/\">in this Post, how to make Pumpkin\u00a0 Puree<\/a> <em>and I still had a big jar full of it. So, what does a homesick half-Italian do? Of course, Gnocchi!!! I already have <\/em><a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/category\/gnocchi\/\">a collection of Gnocchi<\/a><em> on my Blog and cook them often. I don\u2019t have to mention Gnocchi are my favorite dumplings! But contrary to my mother who never seasoned the gnocchi dough I seasoned it well with the <\/em><a href=\"http:\/\/www.oswald.ch\">Oswald seasonings.<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>I made a mix of 50\/50 with potatoes, because my hubby does not really like pumpkin too much. But the dough would also not get golden yellow. You can easily make a mix of 60\/40 pumpkin to potato. I also used a very unconventional method to make Gnocchi, but it worked well, and it was easy!\u00a0 <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/gno14-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"Kuerbis Gnocchi mit Speck-Pilz Sauce und Stilton \" class=\"wp-image-7908\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">F\u00fcr 4 Personen:<br><strong>Gnocchiteig:<\/strong><br>400 g K\u00fcrbisp\u00fcree<br>400 g Kartoffelp\u00fcree (ich hatte noch Reste von selbstgemachtem P\u00fcree)<br>\u00bd TL Salz<br>1 TL <a href=\"https:\/\/www.oswald.ch\/de\/gewuerzprodukte-fuego-gewuerz\">Fuego von Oswald<\/a><br>400 g Mehl<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>F\u00fcr die Sauce:<\/strong><br>150 g Speckw\u00fcrfel<br>1 rote Pepperoni, klein gewuerfelt<br>100 g Champignons, gehackt<br>3 Fr\u00fchlingszwiebeln, gehackt<br>1 TL <a href=\"https:\/\/www.oswald.ch\/de\/gewuerzprodukte-fuego-gewuerz\">Fuego von Oswald<\/a><br>Salz und Pfeffer<br>150 ml <a href=\"https:\/\/www.oswald.ch\/de\/bouillonprodukte-ochsenbouillon-fettfrei?attribute179=9\">fettfreie Ochsen-Bouillon von Oswald<\/a><br>100 g Saure Sahne<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Topping:<\/strong><br>50 g Stilton K\u00e4se klein gehackt<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Das K\u00fcrbisp\u00fcree mit dem Kartoffelp\u00fcree vermischen, das Gew\u00fcrz zugeben und mit der K\u00fcchenmaschine verkneten lassen. Langsam das Mehl zugeben und nur so viel zugeben, bis der Teig dicklich ist. Die Masse in Spritzbeutel f\u00fcllen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Fuer die Sauce die Speckw\u00fcrfel in einem Topf anbraten, die Pepperoni und Fr\u00fchlingszwiebeln dazu geben und mit braten. Wenn das Fleisch sch\u00f6n gebraten ist, die Bouillon dazu giessen und alles gut w\u00fcrzen. Leicht k\u00f6cheln lassen, dann die Sahne dazu geben. K\u00f6cheln lassen, bis die Gnocchi fertig gekocht sind. <br>Unterdessen gesalzenes Wasser aufkochen. Eine Schnur von Pfannengriff zu Pfannengriff spannen. Die Spitze des Spritzbeutels aufschneiden, dass eine Oeffnung von einem cm Durchmesser entsteht. Nun etwas der Masse aus dem Spritzbeutel dr\u00fccken und diese an der Schnur abstreichen. Das geht ganz schnell! Sobald die Gnocchi obenauf schwimmen, mit einem Schauml\u00f6ffel absch\u00f6pfen. Die Gnocchi mit der Sauce servieren. Ich habe noch kleine St\u00fccke von Stilton dar\u00fcber gestreut, die dann geschmolzen sind, die passen wunderbar dazu!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Tip:<\/strong><br>Die Gnocchimasse kann gut vorbereitet werden, die Masse kann im Spritzbeutel mehrere Stunden gelagert werden.<br>Man kann die Gnocchi kochen und soweit vorbereiten, dann zum Servieren aufbraten, oder in der Sauce aufwaermen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For 4 Persons:<\/em><br><em><strong>Gnocchi Dough:<\/strong><\/em><br><em>400 g Pumpkin Puree<\/em><br><em>400 g mashed Potatoes (I just had some leftover homemade one)<\/em><br><em>\u00bd tsp Salt<\/em><br><em>1 tsp <a href=\"https:\/\/www.oswald.ch\/de\/gewuerzprodukte-fuego-gewuerz\">Fuego from Oswald<\/a><\/em><br><em>400 g Flour<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><strong>For the Sauce:<\/strong><\/em><br><em>150 g Bacon Bits<\/em><br><em>1 red Pepperoni\/Capsicum, diced<\/em><br><em>100 g Button Mushrooms, chopped<\/em><br><em>3 Spring-onion, chopped<\/em><br><em>1 tsp <a href=\"https:\/\/www.oswald.ch\/de\/gewuerzprodukte-fuego-gewuerz\">Fuego von Oswald<\/a><\/em><br><em>Salt and Pepper<\/em><br><em>150 ml <a href=\"https:\/\/www.oswald.ch\/de\/bouillonprodukte-ochsenbouillon-fettfrei?attribute179=9\">fat free Ox Broth from Oswald<\/a><\/em><br><em>100 g Sour Cream<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><strong>Topping:<\/strong><\/em><br><em>50 g Stilton Cheese chopped<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Mix the pumpkin puree with the mashed potatoes and add the seasoning. Mix in the kitchen machine. Now slowly add the flour and add only as much until you have a thickly paste. Fill this into piping bags.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For the sauce fry the bacon bits in a pot, add the capsicum and spring-onion. As soon as the meat is nicely fried pour the broth in and season well. Let simmer for a while, then add the sour cream. Let simmer until the gnocchi are done. <\/em><br><em>Meanwhile bring a big pot of salted water to a boil. Put a string between the two handles of the pot. Cut the tip off the piping bag to make a hole of approx. 1 cm diameter. Now push a little of the dough out and brush it over the string to cut it. This works well and quick! The Gnocchi are cooked when they float on top. Take them out, put them into plates, add some sauce and top with a little Stilton cheese!<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><em>Tip:<\/em><\/strong><br><em>The Gnocchi dough can be prepared and stored in the piping bag for a few hours.<\/em><br><em>You can also cook the Gnocchi in advance and then fry them up or heat them in the sauce.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n<figure
