Zitronensaft geht wunderbar, aber ich liebe Saucen! Und diese Sauce hat es in sich! Die Sauce B\u00e9arnaise von <a href=\"https:\/\/www.oswald.ch\/\">Oswald<\/a> schmeckt unglaublich gut. Ich bin ja sonst kein Fan von Fertigsaucen, weil sie immer irgendwie komisch schmecken, aber diese hier koennte ich mit dem L\u00f6ffel essen! Ich kann Euch auch versichern, dass nur nat\u00fcrliche Mittel benutzt wurden und keine Farbstoffe drin sind. F\u00fcr dieses Men\u00fc habe ich drei verschiedene Oswald Produkte benutzt. Ich habe sie zu diesem Haehnchenschnitzel auf Kartoffelpfannkuchen mit Sauce B\u00e9arnaise serviert.. Ein MUSS f\u00fcr Saucen, \u00fcberaus lecker!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">************<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>(Advertising through product recognition, cooperation) We love crispy Schnitzel, but mostly it is missing something. You could add lemon juice, but for me it screams \u201csauce\u201d! And this sauce is wonderful! I am usually not a big fan of ready-made sauces, because some of them taste funny. But I must admit, the sauce from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.oswald.ch\/\">Oswald <\/a>is natural, no coloring agents, all-natural ingredients and you can taste that! For this menu I have used three different products from Oswald! I made this sauce bearnaise with my crispy schnitzel and potato pancake and it was absolutely delicious!<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/csn15-683x1024.jpg\" alt=\"Haehnchenschnitzel auf Kartoffelpfannkuchen mit Sauce B\u00e9arnaise\" class=\"wp-image-7724\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">F\u00fcr 4 Personen:<br>4 H\u00e4hnchenbr\u00fcstchen<br>2 TL <a href=\"https:\/\/www.oswald.ch\/de\/gewuerzprodukte-rustica-classic-gewuerz?attribute179=24\">Rustica Classic von Oswald<\/a><br>2 Eier<br>Paniermehl, ich habe Panko benutzt<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>F\u00fcr die Kartoffelpfannkuchen:<\/strong><br>200 g Kartoffelbrei Reste<br>2 Eier<br>30 g Reibkaese<br>\u00bd Bund Petersilie, gehackt<br>1 TL <a href=\"https:\/\/www.oswald.ch\/de\/all-products\/gewuerzprodukte-pomix-gewuerz\">Pomix von Oswald<\/a><br>3-4 EL Mehl<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>F\u00fcr die Sauce:<\/strong><br>20 g <a href=\"https:\/\/www.oswald.ch\/de\/saucenprodukte-sauce-bearnaise\">Sauce B\u00e9arnaise Pulver von Oswald<\/a><br>200 ml Wasser<br>Butterflocken<br>\u00bd Bund Petersilie, gehackt<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Zur Dekoration:<\/strong><br>\u00bd Aubergine, d\u00fcnn in Scheiben geschnitten<br>1 EL Oliven\u00f6l<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Die H\u00e4hnchenbr\u00fcstchen mit einem scharfen Messer in der Mitte nicht ganz durch schneiden, so dass sie an einem St\u00fcck bleiben. Die Schnitzel auf eine Schnittfl\u00e4che legen und mit Klarsichtfolie bedecken. Nun mit einem schweren Gegenstand flach klopfen, man kann dazu auch einen kleinen Topf nehmen. Beidseitig mit Rustica Classic von Oswald bestreuen. Die Eier in einem Suppenteller verklopfen, daneben einen Teller mit dem Paniermehl bereitstellen. <br>Den Kartoffelbrei mit den Eiern, Kaese, Petersilie, Pomix von Oswald und dem Mehl vermischen, die Masse sollte nicht zu dick sein. <br>Die Auberginen in d\u00fcnne Scheiben schneiden und mit dem Oliven\u00f6l vermischen. Diese dann im Airfryer bei 180 C Grad ca 10 Minuten zu Chips frittieren lassen. Man kann das auch im Ofen machen, aber sie brauchen viel l\u00e4nger. <br>Die Schnitzel im Ei wenden, dann in Paniermehl und danach in etwas \u00d6l beidseitig gut braten. Die Pfannkuchen auch in einer weiten Pfanne in wenig \u00d6l d\u00fcnn ausstreichen und beidseitig braten. <br>Fuer die Sauce das Pulver im Wasser verschlagen, langsam aufkochen, die gehackte Petersilie zugeben und sobald sie eindickt die Butterflocken zugeben. <br>Einen Pfannkuchen auf den Teller geben, ein Schnitzel darauf geben, etwas der Sauce B\u00e9arnaise darueber geben, die Auberginen Chips dazu geben und einen Schnitz Zitrone obenauf nach Wunsch. Guten Appetit!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For 4 Persons:<\/em><br><em>4 Chicken Breasts<\/em><br><em>2 tsp <a href=\"https:\/\/www.oswald.ch\/de\/gewuerzprodukte-rustica-classic-gewuerz?attribute179=24\">Rustica Classic from Oswald<\/a><\/em><br><em>2 Eggs<\/em><br><em>some Panko<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><strong>For the Potato Pancakes:<\/strong><\/em><br><em>200 g leftover mashed Potatoes<\/em><br><em>2 Eggs<\/em><br><em>30 g grated Cheese<\/em><br><em>\u00bd Bunch Parsley, chopped<\/em><br><em>1 tsp <a href=\"https:\/\/www.oswald.ch\/de\/all-products\/gewuerzprodukte-pomix-gewuerz\">Pomix from Oswald<\/a><\/em><br><em>3-4 tbsp Flour<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><strong>For the Sauce:<\/strong><\/em><br><em>20 g <a href=\"https:\/\/www.oswald.ch\/de\/saucenprodukte-sauce-bearnaise\">Sauce B\u00e9arnaise Pulver from Oswald<\/a><\/em><br><em>200 ml Water<\/em><br><em>Butter Flakes<\/em><br><em>\u00bd Bunch Parsley, chopped<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><strong>For Decoration:<\/strong><\/em><br><em>\u00bd Eggplant, sliced thinly<\/em><br><em>1 tbsp Olive Oil<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Cut the chicken breasts through the middle but not all the way through, so you have one large schnitzel. Put them on a flat surface and cover with cling-foil. Now beat them with a heavy object until nice and thin. Season on both sides with Rustica Classic from Oswald. Beat the eggs in a soup dish, set a plate with the panko next to it. <\/em><br><em>Mix the mashed potatoes with the eggs, cheese, parsley, Pomix from Oswald, and flour. It should not be a thick batter! <\/em><br><em>Slice the eggplant thinly and mix the slices with the oil. Fry them in the Airfryer at 180 C for 10 minutes. You can do that also on a baking tray in the oven, but they need much longer. <\/em><br><em>Turn the schnitzel over in the egg and then in the panko and fry them on both sides until crisp. Fry the pancakes in a flat pan too on both sides. <\/em><br><em>For the Sauce beat the powder with the water and heat slowly up, then add the chopped parsley. At the end add some butter flakes. <\/em><br><em>Put one pancake onto a plate, top with the schnitzel, pour some sauce B\u00e9arnaise over it, stick some eggplant chips onto it and serve with a slice of lemon to taste.
