Es ist ganz einfach!\u00a0 Die Pflaumenzeit\/Zwetschgenzeit ist fast vorbei, aber vielleicht hat der Eine oder Andere noch ein Kilo eingefroren&#8230; dann steht diesem Rezept, Amaretto Pflaumen\/Zwetschgen, nichts mehr im Wege! Ich serviere das sehr gerne zu Yogurt Eis, da passt es wunderbar. Es passt aber auch zu Vanille- und Sour Cream Eis, man kann sie auf Cremen geben oder ganz einfach so essen. Sie machen suechtig!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Sometimes it&#8217;s hard to find something to add to an ice-cream dessert. But don&#8217;t worry, I have the perfect topping! It&#8217;s very simple! Prune or plum season is almost over, but maybe you have frozen some. I like to serve these to homemade yogurt ice-cream. It fits perfectly, but it also works with vanilla or sour cream ice-cream. Of course you can serve them also to creamy desserts or just as they are. They are addictive!\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/fei6-729x1024.jpg\" alt=\"Amaretto Pflaumen\/Zwetschgen\" class=\"wp-image-7712\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">1 kg Pflaumen\/Zwetschgen in Viertel geschnitten<br \/>500 g Zucker<br \/>150 ml Amaretto<br \/>etv etwas Zimt<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Die Pflaume Viertel mit dem Zucker in einem Topf ca 15 Minuten kochen, nicht zu lange kochen, damit sie nicht ganz zerfallen. Dann den Amaretto zugeben und evt mit Zimt w\u00fcrzen. Sofort in saubere Gl\u00e4ser abf\u00fcllen und verschliessen. <br \/>Unge\u00f6ffnet lassen sie sich ca 6 Monate halten. Ge\u00f6ffnet wuerde ich sie im K\u00fchlschrank lagern und innert einem Monat verbrauchen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>1 kg Plums\/Prunes, cut into quarters<\/em><br \/><em>500 g Sugar<\/em><br \/><em>150 ml Amaretto<\/em><br \/><em>some Cinnamon to taste<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Mix the plums with the sugar in a deep pot and bring to a slow boil, let cook for approx 15 minutes. Don&#8217;t overcook or the plums will fall apart. Then mix in the Amaretto and season with a little cinnamon.
