Daher kommt dieses Sri Lankan Schweinefleisch Curry. Da war ich noch nie, aber ich kenne hier bei uns doch ein paar, die aus Sri Lanka stammen. Ihre Curries sind sehr gut und ich mag die Art, wie sie gekocht werden. Sie sind leicht anders als die indischen Curries, ich finde sie weniger fettig, leichter und sehr lecker. Heute bringe ich Euch ein wirklich sehr gutes Schweinefleisch Curry. Es ist nicht wie \u00fcblich ein gelbes, sossiges Curry, es ist eher wie ein Gulasch.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Bei diesem Curry habe ich ein Currypulver verwendet, das ein Freund von mir entwickelt hat. Er hat es aus ganz frischen Zutaten zusammengestellt und man merkt sehr gut, dass es nat\u00fcrliche Zutaten sind und keine Farben und Zusatzstoffe zugemischt sind. Das Curry ist einfach mega lecker!!! <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aargauerzeitung.ch\/aargau\/wyna-suhre\/sternekoch-verlaesst-das-federal-um-mehr-zeit-mit-seinen-liebsten-zu-verbringen-130394592\">Walter Gloor<\/a> war Chef&nbsp; und Besitzer des Restaurant \u201cFaces\u201d in Hong Kong. So haben wir uns vor vielen Jahren kennengelernt. Wir feierten dann den 40. meines Liebsten bei ihm! Danach ist er zur\u00fcck in die Schweiz. Und nun hat er ein ganz tolles Currypulver hergestellt und ich benutze nur noch dieses!!! Their curries are delicious, and I love the way they are cooked. Slightly different than the Indian curries, I find them less fatty and lighter. Today I bring you a beautiful pork curry. It is not like the usual curries, yellow and saucy but more like a goulash. &nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For this curry I used a curry powder a friend of mine has mixed. He only used very fresh ingredients and if you use it you will taste the difference to a store bought one with coloring and artificial enhancers. Nothing like that is included! This curry is nothing I ever had; it is delicious!!! <\/em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.aargauerzeitung.ch\/aargau\/wyna-suhre\/sternekoch-verlaesst-das-federal-um-mehr-zeit-mit-seinen-liebsten-zu-verbringen-130394592\"><em>Walter Gloor<\/em><\/a><em> was&nbsp; Chef and owner of the restaurant \u201cFaces\u201d in Hong Kong. That\u2019s how we got to know him many years ago. We then celebrated my hubbies 40<sup>th<\/sup> in his restaurant! Later he left for Switzerland. And now he invented this delicious curry mixture and I will never ever use another one again!!! Thank you Walti!!!<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/pc17-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"Sri Lankan Schweinefleisch Curry\" class=\"wp-image-7697\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">F\u00fcr 4 Personen:<br>1 Schweinefilet, in W\u00fcrfel geschnitten<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Marinade:<\/strong><br>\u00bd TL Schwarze Pfefferk\u00f6rner<br>4 Kardamon Kapseln<br>1 EL Curry Pulver<br>\u00bd TL Salz<br>\u00bd TL Zimt<br>\u00bd TL Chiliflocken<br>4 TL Tamarinden Paste<br>5 EL Oliven\u00f6l<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Die Kardamon Kapseln in den M\u00f6rser geben und aufdr\u00fccken, die Schalen davon auslesen und wegwerfen. Die Pfefferk\u00f6rner und Chiliflocken dazu geben und alles gut verklopfen. Dann mit den restlichen Zutaten mischen. Das Fleisch mit dieser Marinade vermischen und mindestens 2 Stunden marinieren lassen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>F\u00fcr das Curry:<\/strong><br>2 EL Oliven\u00f6l<br>\u00bd Zwiebel, gehackt<br>3 Knoblauchzehen, gehackt<br>3-5 Curry Blaetter<br>2 cm Ingwer gerieben<br>1 EL Curry Pulver<br>1 TL Zucker<br>1 Zitrone, den Saft<br>150 ml Wasser<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Das Oel in einem Topf erhitzen und die gehackte Zwiebel, den Ingwer und die Curry Blaetter darin anbraten. Danach den Knoblauch und den Zucker zugeben. Dann das Fleisch dazu geben und gut durchbraten. Das Wasser dazu giessen, das Curry Pulver zugeben und alles auf kleiner Hitze mindestens 60 Minuten k\u00f6cheln lassen. Dann den Zitronensaft dazu geben und nochmals 10 Minuten k\u00f6cheln lassen. <br>Mit Reis servieren.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For 4 Persons:<\/em><br><em>1 Pork Fillet, cubed<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Marinade:<\/em><br><em>\u00bd tsp black Peppercorns<\/em><br><em>4 Cardamom Pods<\/em><br><em>1 tbsp Curry Powder<\/em><br><em>\u00bd tsp Salt<\/em><br><em>\u00bd tsp Cinnamon<\/em><br><em>\u00bd tsp Chili Flakes<\/em><br><em>4 tsp Tamarind Paste<\/em><br><em>5 tbsp Olive Oil<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Put the cardamon pods into a mortar and beat them with the pestle until they open, remove the husk. Add the peppercorns and chili flakes and beat well. Then add the rest of the ingredients. Marinate the meat in it for at least 2 hours.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For the Curry:<\/em><br><em>2 tbsp Olive Oil<\/em><br><em>\u00bd Onion, chopped<\/em><br><em>3 cloves of Garlic, chopped<\/em><br><em>3-5 Curry Leaves<\/em><br><em>2 cm Ginger, grated<\/em><br><em>1 tbsp Curry Powder<\/em><br><em>1 tsp Sugar<\/em><br><em>1 Lemon, the Juice<\/em><br><em>150 ml Water<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Heat the oil in a pot and fry the chopped onion, ginger, and curry leaves. Then add the garlic and sugar. Add the meat and brown well. Pour in the water, curry powder, and let simmer for at least 60 minutes.
