Wir sind ja hier mit wunderbaren Fr\u00fcchten gesegnet, die man in Europa und der USA teuer bezahlen muss oder gar nicht kriegt. Deshalb sollten wir Gl\u00fccklichen, sie auch oft benutzen! Ich rede hier aber nicht von Mango und Papaya, welche ja nun auch in Europa sehr bekannt sind, sondern von Physalis und Passionsfr\u00fcchten. Ich mag die saure Note dieser Fr\u00fcchte, sie schmecken so herrlich Frisch! Deshalb habe ich sie auch f\u00fcr diesen K\u00e4sekuchen ben\u00fctzt!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>************<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>This is a quickly made and very fresh cheesecake, which is easy to make in Asia. We are here blessed with beautiful fruits, which you don\u2019t get in Europe or the US, or cost a fortune. That\u2019s why we lucky once should use them often! I am not speaking about mango and papaya, they are nowadays easily to get anywhere, but I speak of physalis and passion fruits. I love the sourness of these fruits they taste so very refreshing! That\u2019s why I used them for this cheesecake!<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/che21-1024x713.jpg\" alt=\"Cheesecake with Physalis and Passion Fruit Paste\" class=\"wp-image-7639\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">F\u00fcr einen K\u00e4sekuchen von ca 22 cm Durchmesser:<br><strong>F\u00fcr den Boden:<\/strong><br>150 g Graham Plaetzchen, zerdr\u00fcckt<br>1 EL Zucker<br>50 g geschmolzene Butter<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Die Zutaten vermischen und in den mit Backpapier ausgelegten Boden der Springform dr\u00fccken.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>F\u00fcr die F\u00fcllung:<\/strong><br>2 Eier<br>1 TL Vanille Zucker<br>1 Prise Salz<br>350 g Frischk\u00e4se<br>150 g Saure Sahne<br>100 g Zucker<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Den Frischk\u00e4se mit der Sauren Sahne verschlagen, dann Zucker, Vanille Zucker, Salz und die Eier einzeln dazu mischen. Diese Masse auf den Boden des Kuchens giessen. Im Ofen bei 165 C Grad Umluft (normaler Ofen 180 C) ca. 40 Minuten backen. Der Kuchen sollte nicht mehr fl\u00fcssig sein, aber ganz leicht wackeln. Den Kuchen ganz ausk\u00fchlen lassen, erst dann aus der Form nehmen. Dann mindestens 2 Stunden im Kuehlschrank setzen lassen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>F\u00fcr die Dekoration:<\/strong><br>10-12 Physalis<br>50 g dunkle Schokolade<br>3 Passionsfr\u00fcchte<br>20 g Zucker<br>4 EL Wasser<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Die trockenen Bl\u00e4tter der Physalis nach hinten falten. Die Schokolade in einer Tasse schmelzen. Die Physalis kurz in der Schokolade eintauchen und auf einem Backpapier trocknen lassen.<br>Die Samen und Fl\u00fcssigkeit der Passionsfr\u00fcchte direct in einen kleinen Topf auskratzen. Den Zucker und das Wasser zugeben und solange k\u00f6cheln, bis eine dickliche Masse entsteht. Ausk\u00fchlen lassen. <br>Den Kuchen entweder mit der Passionsfruchtmasse bestreichen oder einzelne Tupfer darauf setzen. Die Physalis darauf geben und servieren.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For a Cheesecake of approx. 22 cm Diameter:<\/em><br><strong><em>For the Crust:<\/em><\/strong><br><em>150 g Graham Cookies, smashed<\/em><br><em>1 tbsp Sugar<\/em><br><em>50 g melted Butter<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Mix the ingredients together and press them into the baking paper lined baking dish.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><em>For the Filling:<\/em><\/strong><br><em>2 Eggs<\/em><br><em>1 tsp Vanilla Suga<\/em>r<br><em>1 Pinch of Salt<\/em><br><em>350 g Cream Cheese<\/em><br><em>150 g Sour Cream<\/em><br><em>100 g Sugar<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Mix the cream cheese with the sour cream, then add the sugar, vanilla sugar, salt and one egg at the time. Pour it onto the crust. Bake in the oven at 165 C (Fan oven, if normal oven bake at 180 C) for approx. 40 minutes. The filling should be set, not liquid, but should still jiggle a little. Let cool completely before taking from the baking form. Put into the fridge for at least 2 hours.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><em>For the Decoration:<\/em><\/strong><br><em>10-12 Physalis<\/em><br><em>50 g dark Chocolate<\/em><br><em>3 Passion Fruits<\/em><br><em>20 g Sugar<\/em><br><em>4 tbsp Water<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Fold the dry leaves of the physalis carefully back. Melt the chocolate and dip them into it. Let them dry on a baking paper. <\/em><br><em>Scrape the seeds and liquid out of the passion fruits directly into a small pot. Add the sugar and water and let simmer until it thickens. Let cool completely! <\/em><br><em>You can brush the whole cake with the passion fruit paste or just add some dots. Decorate with the physalis and serve.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\"
