Das wollte ich schon ewig lange mal machen. Ich habe noch nie sowas ausprobiert, noch habe ich es gut geplant, aber das Resultat ist sehr lecker! Nur ca einen Teel\u00f6ffel voll in den Kaffee und er schmeckt wunderbar haselnussig! (Anmerkung von Wilma: ich lege ein Bild bei, wo man sieht, wie die Haseln\u00fcsse gestohlen werden! Und ich denke, es ist ein steiler Aufstieg von Kuchenbaecker zum Hersteller von Nuss-Sirup! Well done darling!)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>After having stolen hazelnuts&#8230; I mean borrowed&#8230; I thought finally I had enough to make syrup. I&#8217;ve always wanted to make some syrup. I never tried anything like this before, nor did I plan it very well, but the outcome was delicious. Just about a teaspoon of the syrup in your coffee and it tastes wonderfully hazelnutty. (Annotation from Wilma: I will show you a picture with the hazelnut thief! And I think, this is a stellar career from baking cakes, to making nut syrup! Well done darling!)<\/em><\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/haz16-683x1024.jpg\" alt=\"Haselnuss Sirup\" class=\"wp-image-7583\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">F\u00fcr ca 1 Liter Sirup:<br \/>300 g Haseln\u00fcsse frisch vom Baum<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Die Haseln\u00fcsse sch\u00e4len und im Ofen bei 160 C Grad ca 15 Minuten roesten, ausk\u00fchlen lassen, dann in einem K\u00fcchentuch reiben, damit die Haut abf\u00e4llt. Dann die N\u00fcsse mit dem Wallholz zerkleinern.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">1 Liter Wasser<br \/>500 g Rohrzucker<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Unterdessen das Wasser mit dem Zucker aufkochen, dann die zerhackten N\u00fcsse zugeben und kurz sieden lassen. Dann Hitze herunter stellen und alles zusammen ca 45 Minuten lang k\u00f6cheln lassen, um ca 1\/4 der Fl\u00fcssigkeit zu reduzieren.<br \/>Die Fl\u00fcssigkeit durch ein Sieb abgiessen und den Sirup in eine Glasflasche abf\u00fcllen.<br \/>1 Teel\u00f6ffel davon reicht in einer Tasse Kaffee, um dem Kaffee eine haselnussige Note zu geben.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Die gehackten N\u00fcsse muss man nicht wegwerfen, sondern im Ofen, auf ein Backpapier gestrichen, ca 30 Minuten bei 200 C Grad roesten. Sie werden wunderbar s\u00fcss und knackig und passen auf Kuchen oder so zum Knabbern.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For approx 1 Liter\u00a0Syrup:<\/em><br \/><em>300 g Hazelnuts fresh from the tree<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Peel the hazelnuts and roast them in the oven at 160 C for approx. 15 minutes, let them cool, then rub them in a kitchen towel to remove the peel.<\/em><br \/><em>Then chop the nuts into smaller pieces.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>1 Liter Water<\/em><br \/><em>500 g raw Sugar<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Meanwhile bring the water with the sugar to a boil, add the chopped hazelnuts. Let boil for a few minutes, then reduce the heat and let simmer for 45 minutes to reduce 1\/4 of the liquid.\u00a0<\/em><br \/><em>Pour the liquid through a sieve and fill the syrup into a glass bottle.\u00a0<\/em><br \/><em>1 teaspoon of this syrup into a cup of coffee is enough to give your coffee a wonderful hazelnut flavor.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>You don&#8217;t need to through the nuts away, just roast them, spread onto a baking paper in the oven at 200 C for 30 minutes.
