Die klassische Variante ist mit Kalbfleisch. So ein Wiener Schnitzel ist einfach etwas Feines. Da aber bei uns in Asien gutes Kalbfleisch nicht erh\u00e4ltlich oder unglaublich teuer ist, benutze ich gerne andere Fleischsorten dazu. Zum Beispiel ist gegen ein gutes Schweinefleisch auch nichts einzuwenden. Oder eine feine Huehnerbrust, oder gar ein Putenschnitzel. Genau das habe ich diesmal benutzt und habe Scaloppine di Tacchino con Gnocchetti al Formaggio! serviert. Dazu eine feine Kaese-Sahne Sauce und meine Familie war gl\u00fccklich!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Scaloppine or Schnitzel can be made with different meats. The classic style would be the Wiener Schnitzel made with veal. A Schnitzel is delicious! But as I live in Asie, veal is almost not available or immensely expensive. That&#8217;s why I use other possibilities. A good quality pork fillet is a good choice. Or a chicken breast, or even turkey breasts, they are delicious. That&#8217;s what I used for this dish. I served it with Gnocchetti, the small gnocchi in a creamy cheese sauce. My family was happy!<\/em><\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/tac9-732x1024.jpg\" alt=\"Scaloppine di Tacchino con Gnocchetti al Formaggio!\" class=\"wp-image-7569\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">F\u00fcr 4 Personen:<br>1 rote Pepperoni<br>3 Knoblauchzehen, gehackt<br>100 ml Weisswein<br>50 g Gorgonzola K\u00e4se<br>50 ml Sahne<br>Salz und Pfeffer<br>Rosmarin<br>Oregano<br>Paprika<br>4 Putenschnitzel<br>500 g Gnocchetti<br>Etwas Oliven\u00f6l<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Die Schnitzel auf eine Arbeitsfl\u00e4che geben, mit Klarsichtfolie bedecken und mit dem Fleischklopfer flach klopfen. Dann beidseitig gut w\u00fcrzen. Den Knoblauch hacken, die Pepperoni klein w\u00fcrfeln. Beides in wenig \u00d6l durchbraten. Gut wuerzen. Dann mit dem Weisswein abl\u00f6schen. Kurz einkochen lassen. Die Sahne zugeben, evt nachw\u00fcrzen. Die Gnocchetti dazu geben (man muss die frischen gekauften Gnocchi nicht vorkochen). Den Gorgonzola dazu geben und kurz k\u00f6cheln lassen. Unterdessen die Trutenschnitzel in wenig \u00d6l beidseitig braten. Beides zusammen servieren.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For 4 Persons:<\/em><br><em>1 red Pepperoni\/Capsicum<\/em><br><em>3 cloves of Garlic, chopped<\/em><br><em>100 ml White Wine<\/em><br><em>50 g Gorgonzola Cheese<\/em><br><em>50 ml Whipping Cream<\/em><br><em>Salt and Pepper<\/em><br><em>Rosemary<\/em><br><em>Oregano<\/em><br><em>Paprika<\/em><br><em>4 Turkey Schnitzel<\/em><br><em>500 g Gnocchetti (small Gnocchi)<\/em><br><em>some Olive Oil<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Put the meat onto a working surface and cover with cling-foil. Beat with a heavy object to make them flat and thin. Season well on both sides. Chop the garlic, dice the capsicum and fry them in a little oil. Season well and add the white wine. Let simmer shortly, then add the whipping cream. Add the gnocchetti (the fresh ones don\u2019t need to be cooked first they cook in the sauce.) Add the gorgonzola cheese and let melt. Meanwhile fry the turkey schnitzel in a little oil.
