In Lachs steckt sehr viel Omega-3, sehr gut f\u00fcr den menschlichen K\u00f6rper. Um Lachs nicht immer genau gleich zu servieren, finde ich immer wieder neue Kocharten und Zutaten dazu. Diesmal sind die Zutaten Okra, Pepperoni und Pinienkernen fuer den Lachs mit Knuspergemuese. Der Lachs ist weich, die Zutaten knusprig, einfach perfekt zusammen und erst noch sch\u00f6n bunt.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>************<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>I could eat fish everyday (I am probably repeating myself), but fish is good and very healthy. There is a lot of Omega-3 fats in a slice of salmon, very beneficial for the human body. As I don&#8217;t like to serve salmon always the same way, same seasoning, same toppings, I am trying to be creative. This time I topped it with okra, capsicum and pine nuts, the salmon is soft, the topping is crispy and very colorful, just perfect!<\/em><\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/lachs4-768x1024.jpg\" alt=\"Lachs mit Knuspergemuese\" class=\"wp-image-7515\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Fuer 2 Personen:<br \/>2 Scheiben Lachs<br \/>1 EL gehackten Knoblauch<br \/>1 EL Garlic-Chili Paste\u00a0<br \/>150 g Okra<br \/>1 rote Pepperoni<br \/>2 Handvoll Pinienkerne<br \/>Salz und Pfeffer<br \/>wenig Olivenoel<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Eine Gratinform einfetten und die Lachsscheiben darauf legen. Den Knoblauch mit der Garlic-Chili Paste zusammen mischen, etwas Salz und Pfeffer dazugeben und auf die Lachsscheiben streichen. Im Ofen bei 180 C Grad ca 30-40 Minuten backen.<br \/>Unterdessen die Okra in kleine Scheiben schneiden, die Pepperoni klein w\u00fcrfeln. Beides zusammen in einer flachen Pfanne in wenig \u00d6l durchbraten. Gut w\u00fcrzen und am Schluss die Pinienkerne zugeben.\u00a0<br \/>Das Knuspergem\u00fcse auf den Fisch geben und servieren. \u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For 2 Persons:<\/em><br \/><em>2 Slices of Salmon<\/em><br \/><em>1 tbsp chopped Garlic<\/em><br \/><em>1 tbsp Garlic-Chili Paste<\/em><br \/><em>150 g Okra<\/em><br \/><em>1 red Capsicum<\/em><br \/><em>2\u00a0hands-full\u00a0of Pine Nuts<\/em><br \/><em>Salt and Pepper<\/em><br \/><em>some Olive Oil<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Grease an oven-proof dish and put the two slices of salmon into it. Mix the garlic with the garlic-chili paste and season with salt and pepper. Brush all of this onto the fish slices. Bake in the oven at 180 C for 30-40 minutes.\u00a0<\/em><br \/><em>Meanwhile cut the okra into small slices, dice the capsicum and fry them in a little oil until crisp.
