Es ist gerade Feigenzeit und ich bin mit einem Kilo wundersch\u00f6ner, reifer Feigen nach Hause gekommen. Da wir bereits einige Feigen dort frisch vom Baum gegessen haben, habe ich aus dem Kilo Feigen-Rotwein Konfit\u00fcre gemacht. Sie wurde sehr fruchtig und durch den Rotwein extrem lecker!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>I was visiting my sister-in-law yesterday and she has a huge fig tree in her garden. The figs are ripe now and so I went home with one kilo of these beautiful fruits. As we had a lot of them fresh from the tree, I thought I would make jam with mine. The jam is very fruity and because of the wine extremely tasty!<\/em><\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/fei20-683x1024.jpg\" alt=\"Feigen-Rotwein Konfit\u00fcre\" class=\"wp-image-7491\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Fuer 3-4 Gl\u00e4ser:<br \/>1 kg Feigen<br \/>300 g Gelierzucker<br \/>1 Beutel Gelfix 2:1<br \/>100 ml Rotwein<br \/>1 Zitrone, den Saft<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Die Feigen in St\u00fccke schneiden, mit dem Gelierzucker und Gelfix mischen und in einen tiefen Topf geben. Den Zitronensaft zugeben und alles aufheitzen. Sobald es kocht den Rotwein zugeben. Nun 5 Minuten kochen lassen. Ich habe die Konfit\u00fcre mit dem P\u00fcrierstab noch p\u00fcriert. Heiss in saubere Gl\u00e4ser abf\u00fcllen und gut verschliessen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/category\/figs-feigen\/\">Feigen &#8211; <em>Figs<\/em><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For 3-4 Jars:<\/em><br \/><em>1 kg Figs<\/em><br \/><em>300 g Preserving Sugar<\/em><br \/><em>1 Bag Gelfix 2:1<\/em><br \/><em>100 ml Red Wine<\/em><br \/><em>1 Lemon, the Juice<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Cut the figs into pieces, mix with the sugar and gelfix and put into a deep pot. Add the lemon juice and heat up. When it starts to boil add the red wine. Let boil for 5 minutes, then blend into a puree. Fill into clean jars.
