Braten und solches hatte ich schon mehrmals aufgetischt, so dachte ich, mach doch Fleischb\u00e4llchen (Ch\u00fcgeli). Damit es aber f\u00fcr jeden Geschmack etwas gibt, habe ich Drei verschiedene Ch\u00fcgeli mit Saucen gekocht. Eine Portion Rindfleischb\u00e4llchen wurde auf italienische Art gekocht, in Tomatensauce. Die n\u00e4chste Portion Rind-Schweinefleisch B\u00e4llchen auf schweizerische Art in einer Rahmsauce und die dritte Portion Schweinefleischb\u00e4llchen auf indische Art, in einer Curry Sauce. Es hat wunderbar geschmeckt und sah farblich auf dem Tisch sehr sch\u00f6n aus!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Again, I had invited a group of family members for dinner and I needed to find a menu. I had done roasts before, so this time it needed to be different. I decided to make meatballs. To satisfy everyone\u2019s taste I made three different ones. One past of beef meatballs was made in Italian flavors, with tomato sauce. One part beef meatballs was made with Swiss flavors, with cream sauce. And one part pork meatballs was made in Indian flavor, with curry sauce. It tasted delicious and it looked beautifully colorful on the table!<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/2020-08-22-1024x576.jpg\" alt=\"Drei verschiedene Ch\u00fcgeli mit Saucen\" class=\"wp-image-7377\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<center><p><strong>F\u00fcr die indischen Curry Hackb\u00e4llchen:<\/strong>\n<br>F\u00fcr 4 Personen:\n<br>600 g Schweinehackfleisch\n<br>250 g Kalbsbr\u00e4t\n<br>3 Knoblauchzehen, gerieben\n<br>1 TL Ingwer, gerieben\n<br>Pfeffer und Salz\n<br>1 TL Currypulver\n<br>1 Ei<\/p>\n<p><strong>F\u00fcr die Sauce:<\/strong>\n<br>1 Glas Madras Curry Sauce (400 g)\n<br>200 ml Kokosnussmilch<\/p>\n<p>Die Zutaten f\u00fcr die Fleischb\u00e4llchen in der K\u00fcchenmaschine verkneten. Man kann das auch von Hand machen, dazu ziehe ich mir Einweghandschuhe an. Aus der Masse kleine B\u00e4llchen formen und auf einem Backblech bei 200 C Grad ca 30 Minuten knusprig braten. Die B\u00e4llchen vom Blech in eine gefettete Gratinform geben. (ich habe sie nicht direkt in der Gratinform gebacken, denn sie lassen Fett aus) Die Currysauce mit der Kokosnussmilch vermischen und diese \u00fcber die B\u00e4llchen giessen. Den Gratin im Ofen bei 180 C Grad ca 30 Minuten backen.<\/p>\n<p>~~~~~~~~<\/p>\n<p><b>F\u00fcr\u00a0die italienischen Tomatenb\u00e4llchen:<\/b>\n<br>F\u00fcr 4 Personen:\n<br>600 g Rinderhackfleisch\n<br>250 g Kalbsbr\u00e4t\n<br>2 Knoblauchzehen, gerieben\n<br>1 Zwiebel, fein gehackt\n<br>1 Ei\n<br>Salz und Pfeffer\n<br>Oregano\n<br>Paprika<\/p>\n<p><strong>F\u00fcr die Sauce:<\/strong>\n<br>1 L Passato di Pomodoro\/Tomatensauce\n<br>1 Zweig Rosmarin\n<br>2 Zweige Thymian\n<br>Salz und Pfeffer\n<br>Oregano\n<br>Ein paar gehackte Bl\u00e4tter Basilikum<\/p>\n<p>Die Zutaten f\u00fcr die Fleischb\u00e4llchen in der K\u00fcchenmaschine verkneten. Den Gratin im Ofen bei 180 C Grad ca 30 Minuten backen.<\/p>\n<p>************<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>For the Indian Curry Meatballs:<\/em><\/strong>\n<br><em>For 4 Persons:<\/em>\n<br><em>600 g ground Pork<\/em>\n<br><em>250 g Veal Sausage Filling<\/em>\n<br><em>3 cloves of Garlic, grated<\/em>\n<br><em>1 tsp Ginger, grated<\/em>\n<br><em>Pepper and Salt<\/em>\n<br><em>1 tsp Curry Powder<\/em>\n<br><em>1 Egg<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>For the Sauce:<\/em><\/strong>\n<br><em>1 Jar Madras Curry Sauce (400 g)<\/em>\n<br><em>200 ml Coconut Milk<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Mix the ingredients for the meatballs in the kitchen machine and knead well. You can do this also by hand, I use one-way gloves for that. Form Golf ball size balls and put them onto a baking tray. Bake in the oven at 200 C for 30 minutes. Then put them into a greased gratin dish (I use to bake them on the tray and not directly in the gratin dish, as fat will drop out) Mix the curry sauce with the coconut milk and pour over the meatballs. Bake in the oven at 180 C for approx. 30 minutes. <\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>~~~~~~~~<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>For the Italian Tomato Meatballs:<\/em><\/strong>\n<br><em>For 4 Persons:<\/em>\n<br><em>600 g ground Beef<\/em>\n<br><em>250 g Veal Sausage Meat<\/em>\n<br><em>2 cloves of Garlic, grated<\/em>\n<br><em>1 Onion, chopped<\/em>\n<br><em>1 Egg<\/em>\n<br><em>Salt and Pepper<\/em>\n<br><em>Oregano<\/em>\n<br><em>Paprika<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>For the Sauce:<\/em><\/strong>\n<br><em>1 L Passato di Pomodoro\/Tomato Sauce<\/em>\n<br><em>1 Twig Rosemary<\/em>\n<br><em>2 Twig Thyme<\/em>\n<br><em>Salt and Pepper<\/em>\n<br><em>Oregano<\/em>\n<br><em>A few chopped leaves of Basil<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Mix the ingredients for the meatballs in the kitchen machine and knead well. Bake in the oven at 180 C for approx. 30 minutes. <\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>~~~~~~~~<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>For the Swiss Meatballs in Cream Sauce:<\/em><\/strong>\n<br><em>For 4 Persons:<\/em>\n<br><em>600 g mixed ground Pork and Beef<\/em>\n<br><em>250 g Veal Sausage Meat<\/em>\n<br><em>2 cloves of Garlic, grated<\/em>\n<br><em>1 Onion, chopped<\/em>\n<br><em>1 Egg<\/em>\n<br><em>Salt and Pepper<\/em>\n<br><em>Thyme<\/em>\n<br><em>Paprika<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>For the Sauce:<\/em><\/strong>\n<br><em>250 ml Whipping Cream<\/em>\n<br><em>200 ml Sour Cream<\/em>\n<br><em>Salt and Pepper<\/em>\n<br><em>Nutmeg<\/em>\n<br><em>Paprika<\/em>\n<br><em>60 g diced Ham<\/em>\n<br><em>Some chopped Parsley<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Mix the ingredients for the meatballs in the kitchen machine and knead well. You can do this also by hand, I use one-way gloves for that. Form Golf ball size balls and put them onto a baking tray. Bake in the oven at 200 C for 30 minutes. Then put them into a greased gratin dish (I use to bake them on the tray and not directly in the gratin dish, as fat will drop out) Shortly fry the diced ham in a small pot, then add the whipping and sour cream. Season well, add the parsley and warm up.
