Ich war noch nie dort, aber ich habe schon oft tuerkisch gegessen. Pide ist sowas wie eine t\u00fcrkische Pizza, ein gef\u00fclltes Fladenbrot! Schon immer mal wollte ich Kiymali Pide selber machen und jetzt ist die beste Gelegenheit dazu. Mit der <a href=\"https:\/\/volkermampft.de\/rezepte-aus-der-tuerkei-rezeptsammlung-mit-den-besten-tuerkischen-gerichte\/\">Kulinarischen Weltreise von Volkermampft<\/a> kommt man weit in der Welt herum!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Pide stammt vom Wort Pita ab, (wobei da streitet man sich, welches wirklich das erste Wort war) ein Fladenbrot, das aus dem Gebiet um Babylonien und Mesopotamien. Es war das Grundnahrungsmittel f\u00fcr die V\u00f6lker dort und wurde in einer Art Tandoor Ofen gebacken, wie heute noch das indische Naan.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>This month we travel to Turkey! I was never there, but I have eaten their delicious food. Pide is something like a Turkish pizza, a filled flatbread. I always wanted to bake one myself and now it is the perfect time for it! With our <a href=\"https:\/\/volkermampft.de\/rezepte-aus-der-tuerkei-rezeptsammlung-mit-den-besten-tuerkischen-gerichte\/\">culinary world travel group<\/a>, we really are traveling the world!<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Pide is said to be coming from the word Pita (but again there\u2019s a discussion which word was first) a flatbread from the area of Babylonia and Mesopotamia. It was a stable of their diet and was baked in a Tandoor style oven, just like Indian Naan bread.<\/em><\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/pide22-683x1024.jpg\" alt=\"Kiymali Pide\" class=\"wp-image-7318\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<center><p>Fuer 4 Personen:\n<br>Fuer den Teig:\n<br>300 g Mehl\n<br>1 TL Salz\n<br>2 EL Olivenoel\n<br>11 g Trockenhefe\n<br>220 ml warmes Wasser evt etwas mehr<\/p>\n<p>Alle Zutaten zusammen kneten und den Teig zugedeckt 1 Stunde gehen lassen.<\/p>\n<p>Fuer die Fuellung:\n<br>300 g Rinderhackfleisch\n<br>1 kleine Zwiebel, gehackt\n<br>3 Knoblauchzehen, gehackt\n<br>2 Tomaten, kleingeschnitten\n<br>1 Zitrone, den Saft\n<br>Salz und Pfeffer\n<br>Paprika\n<br>Chili Pulver\n<br>Oregano\n<br>1 EL Olivenoel<\/p>\n<p>Das Oliven\u00f6l erhitzen und die gehackte Zwiebel und Knoblauchzehen darin weich braten. Die Tomaten dazugeben und gut w\u00fcrzen. Den Zitronensaft zugeben und k\u00f6cheln bis alles weich ist. Dann mit dem ungekochten Rinderhackfleisch vermischen.<\/p>\n<p>Den Pitateig in 2 Stuecke schneiden (oder 4) und jedes in ein langes Oval ausrollen. Ich habe meine wie einen Pizzateig gezogen und gedr\u00fcckt. Die H\u00e4lfte der F\u00fcllung auf je einen Teig geben, leicht verteilen, dabei aber auf allen Seiten mindestens 2 cm frei lassen. Die Enden hochziehen und zusammendr\u00fccken. Dadurch werden die Seiten hochgezogen und diese legen sich dann etwas ueber die Fuellung. Den Teig mit einem verschlagenen Eigelb bestreichen und im Ofen bei 230 C Grad ca 15-20 Minuten backen. Dazu habe ich einen Salat serviert!<\/p>\n<p>************<\/p>\n<p><em>For 4 Persons:<\/em>\n<br><em>For the dough:<\/em>\n<br><em>300 g Flour<\/em>\n<br><em>1 tsp Salt<\/em>\n<br><em>2 tbsp Olive Oil<\/em>\n<br><em>11 g Dried Yeast<\/em>\n<br><em>220 ml warm Water or a little more<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Knead a dough with these ingredients and let rise covered for 1 hour. <\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>For the Filling:<\/em>\n<br><em>300 g ground Beef<\/em>\n<br><em>1 small Onion, chopped<\/em>\n<br><em>3 cloves of Garlic, chopped<\/em>\n<br><em>2 Tomatoes, diced<\/em>\n<br><em>1 Lemon, the Juice<\/em>\n<br><em>Salt and Pepper<\/em>\n<br><em>Paprika<\/em>\n<br><em>Chili Powder<\/em>\n<br><em>Oregano<\/em>\n<br><em>1 tbsp Olive Oil<\/em>\n<p><em>Heat the olive oil and fry the onion and garlic in it. Add the tomatoes and the lemon juice, season well and cook until soft. Then mix with the uncooked ground beef.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Cut the Pide dough into two pieces (or 4) and roll each one out into an oval. I pulled and pushed mine just like a pizza dough. Now add half of the filling onto each dough piece and flatten slightly but leave at least 2 cm around the edges free. Pull the ends up and seal them together. By doing this the sides will come up too and they will fold automatically over the edges of the meat. Brush the dough with some beaten egg-yolk and bake the Pide in the oven at 230 C for 15-20 minutes. <\/em><em>I served mine with a salad. <\/em><\/p><\/center>\n\n\n<div
