Und so w\u00fcnschte sich meine Tochter einen Risotto mit Garnelen, diesen Risotto al Limone con Gamberi. Da ich keinen Saffran zuhause hatte, habe ich einen Zitronenrisotto gemacht, denn da passen die Garnelen wunderbar dazu. Meine Kinder haben sich darauf gest\u00fcrzt!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>When I while in Europe my kids usually have special wishes <\/em><em>about what should be served for dinner. And so, my daughter wanted a risotto with shrimps. Since I didn&#8217;t have saffron at home, I made a lemon risotto, because the prawns go wonderfully with it. My children happily devoured it!<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/gam12-1024x801.jpg\" alt=\"Risotto al Limone con Gamberi\" class=\"wp-image-7306\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<center><p>Fuer 4 Personen:\n<br>300 g Risottoreis\n<br>1 L Br\u00fche\n<br>100 ml Weisswein\n<br>1 rote Zwiebel, fein gehackt\n<br>3 Knoblauchzehen, gehackt\n<br>1 Zweig Thymian\n<br>1 Zitrone, Abrieb und Saft\n<br>Salz und Pfeffer\n<br>Paprika\n<br>Geriebener Parmesan\n<br>20 g Butter\n<br>Etwas Oliven\u00f6l\n<br>500 g grosse Garnelen\n<br>3 Knoblauchzehen\n<br>20 g Butter<\/p>\n<p>Das Oliven\u00f6l und die Butter zusammen in einem Topf schmelzen. Die gehackte Zwiebel und den Knoblauch darin anschwitzen. Den Thymian dazu mischen, dann den Reis dazugeben und unter r\u00fchren glasig kochen. Gut wuerzen. Mit dem Weisswein abl\u00f6schen und unter r\u00fchren eink\u00f6cheln lassen. Dann den Zitronenabrieb dazu mischen und nun immer wieder etwas Br\u00fche dazugeben und eink\u00f6cheln lassen. Je mehr man umruehrt, desto mehr l\u00f6st sich die St\u00e4rke im Reis und der Risotto wird sch\u00f6n cremig. Ca 150 g der Garnelen in St\u00fccke schneiden und mit dem Zitronensaft dazu geben. Gut mischen und solange k\u00f6cheln lassen, bis die Garnelen durchgekocht sind. Den Parmesan dazu mischen.\n<br>Unterdessen die 3 Knoblauchzehen hacken und in den 20 g Butter in einer flachen Pfanne kurz braten. Die restlichen, ganzen Garnelen darin braten, leicht salzen. Den Risotto mit den ganzen Garnelen servieren.<\/p>\n<p>************<\/p>\n<p><em>For 4 Persons:<\/em>\n<br><em>300 g Risotto Rice<\/em>\n<br><em>1 L Broth<\/em>\n<br><em>100 ml White Wine<\/em>\n<br><em>1 red Onion, chopped<\/em>\n<br><em>3 cloves of Garlic, chopped<\/em>\n<br><em>1 twig of Thyme<\/em>\n<br><em>1 Lemon, Juice, and Zest<\/em>\n<br><em>Salt and Pepper<\/em>\n<br><em>Paprika<\/em>\n<br><em>Grated Parmesan<\/em>\n<br><em>20 g Butter<\/em>\n<br><em>some Olive Oil<\/em>\n<br><em>500 g big Prawns<\/em>\n<br><em>3 cloves of Garlic<\/em>\n<br><em>20 g Butter<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Heat the olive oil and the butter in a heavy pot. Add the chopped onion and garlic and fry for a few minutes, add the thyme and the rice and fry, while mixing all the time until translucent. Season well. Pour in the white wine and mix all the time until the liquid has boiled down. Now add the lemon zest and some broth from time to time. Mix as often as possible, let the broth cook down, add more, and go on until the rice is soft. By mixing very often you let the starch of the rice make the risotto creamy! Add approx. 150 g of the prawns, cut into pieces, and the lemon juice. Let cook until the prawns are cooked. Then add the parmesan and mix. <\/em>\n<br><em>Meanwhile chop the 3 cloves of garlic and fry them in the 20 g butter in a wide pan. Add the rest of the prawns, sprinkle with a little salt and let cook until done.
