So war es bei meinen <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2020\/08\/06\/geroestete-junge-moerchen-roasted-young-carrots\/\">Moehrchen<\/a> auch. Es hat n\u00e4mlich ganz viele Ballaststoffe, Vitamine und Mineralien. Entgegen fr\u00fcheren Behauptungen, ist das Gr\u00fcn nicht giftig! Aber was macht man damit? Nun, ich habe mich informiert und aus dem Kraut der Karotten ein Moehrengruen Pesto gemacht. Ich werfe einfach ungern Dinge weg, die man doch eigentlich auch essen kann. Ich habe bei meinen Recherchen herausgefunden, dass man es ganz vielf\u00e4ltig verwenden kann, zum Beispiel als Chips frittiert, oder in Smoothies gemischt, in Suppen und Saucen, als Deko auf Salaten und Vorspeisen, oder eben als Pesto.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>If you buy vegetables in the markets in Europe, you usually also get the greens with them. That\u2019s what happened with my <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2020\/08\/06\/geroestete-junge-moerchen-roasted-young-carrots\/\">young carrots<\/a>. These greens have lots of minerals, vitamins, and fiber. And even though people used to say, those greens are poisonous, it is not true! But what do you do with them? Well, I informed myself and made Pesto with them. I do not like to through food away, whatever is edible is being used in my household! In my research I found lots of uses, like deep fried chips, added to a smoothie, in soups and sauces, as decoration on salads and starters, or as I did, in Pesto. <\/em><\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/moe7-720x1024.jpg\" alt=\"Moehrengruen Pesto\" class=\"wp-image-7261\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Ca 50 g M\u00f6hrengr\u00fcn, ohne Stiel <br>30 g Pinienkerne <br>20 g geriebener Parmesan <br>3 Knoblauchzehen <br>100 ml Olivenoel<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Das M\u00f6hrengr\u00fcn waschen und trocknen lassen. Dann vom Stiel zupfen und in den Mixer\/Blender geben. Die Knoblauchzehen sch\u00e4len und mit den Pinienkernen und dem Parmesan dazu geben. Pull them from the stem and put them into the blender. Peel the garlic cloves and put them together with the pine nuts and grated Parmesan into the blender. Blend while adding the olive oil until you have a thickly paste <\/em> <br><em>Filled into clean jars it can be stored for 2-3 month. Put a layer of olive oil on top to seal.<\/em> <br><em>It\u2019s perfect to pasta, meats and fish, or in salad dressings. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img
