Da muss natuerlich etwas Erfrischendes her und dieser Erfrischender Wassermelonensalat mit Spinat und Feta ist genau das Richtige! Als Kind mochte ich Wassermelone nicht, weil man dauernd auf die Kerne biss. Unterdessen gibt es aber Melonen ohne Kerne. Ich mache sehr gerne Saft damit, oder meinen <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2019\/08\/17\/wassermelonen-sirup-watermelon-syrup\/\">Wassermelonen Sirup<\/a>! Wundebar erfrischend mit wenig Kalorien! Diesmal habe ich einen Salat gemacht, dem ich fuer Farbe etwas Spinat und fuer Biss etwas Feta dazu gegeben habe. Als Salatsauce musste noch etwas Saeure in Form von Zitronensaft dazu. Er hat toll geschmeckt!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>It was an extremely hot week last week, here in Switzerland. In our roof flat we reached 33 C degrees. Of course, then you need something refreshing and this salad is exactly right! As a child I hated watermelon because you always bit onto the seeds. But now you can find some without seeds, I love to make juice with it or even my <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2019\/08\/17\/wassermelonen-sirup-watermelon-syrup\/\">Water Melon Syrup<\/a>! Beautifully refreshing and with only few calories! This time I made a salad which got some color with a handful of spinach and a bit of bite through feta cheese. As a dressing it needed some acidity, so I added some lemon juice. What a delight! <\/em><\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/was7-768x1024.jpg\" alt=\"Erfrischender Wassermelonensalat mit Spinat und Feta\" class=\"wp-image-7211\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Fuer 4 Personen:<\/strong> <br>\u00bc Wassermelone <br>1 handvoll Spinat <br>150 g Feta Kaese <br>1 Handvoll Pinienkerne<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Salat Sauce:<\/strong> <br>1 Zitrone, den Saft <br>Salz und Pfeffer <br>1 EL Honig <br>Etwas Olivenoel <br>Ein paar Spritzer Balsamico Essig<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Die Melone in kleine Wuerfel schneiden. Den Feta in kleine Wuerfel schneiden. Beides zusammen mischen. Alle Zutaten der Salatsauce in ein Glas geben und gut schuetteln. Die Sauce auf den Salat giessen und die Spinatblaetter dazu geben und sorgfaeltig mischen. Die Pinienkerne darueber streuen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><em>For 4 Persons:<\/em><\/strong> <br><em>\u00bc Watermelon<\/em> <br><em>1 handful Spinach<\/em> <br><em>150 g Feta Cheese <\/em> <br><em>1 handful Pine Nuts<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><em>Dressing:<\/em><\/strong> <br><em>1 Lemon, the Juice<\/em> <br><em>Salt and Pepper<\/em> <br><em>1 tbsp Honey<\/em> <br><em>some Olive Oil<\/em> <br><em>A few spritzers Balsamic Vinegar<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Cut the watermelon into small cubes, do the same with the feta cheese. Mix them together. Add all ingredients for the dressing to a jar and shake well. Pour over the salad then add the spinach.
