Und natuerlich, weil sie aus meinem Heimatland stammen. So mache ich sehr gerne Carpaccio. Wer jetzt denkt, dass man nur aus Rindfleisch Carpaccio machen kann, der irrt. Man kann aus so vielem diese Vorspeise herstellen, wie zum Beispiel aus <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2019\/05\/24\/zucchini-carpaccio\/\">Zucchini<\/a>, oder aus <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2018\/09\/21\/tuna-fish-carpaccio\/\">Thunfisch<\/a>, oder aus vielen anderen Zutaten, ich habe eine ganze Liste davon. Die werde ich nach und nach hier auf den Blog uebertragen. Das heutige Carpaccio ist aus Mozzarella gemacht. Ich bringe Euch gleich drei verschiedene Varianten!<br \/><br \/>************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>I love Italian starters because they are so very fresh and innovative. But of course also because they are from my homeland. That&#8217;s why I love to make Carpaccio! But if you think, Carpaccio can only be done with beef,\u00a0 you are wrong! You can use so many different ingredients for it, for example <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2019\/05\/24\/zucchini-carpaccio\/\">Zucchini<\/a>, or <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2018\/09\/21\/tuna-fish-carpaccio\/\">Tuna fish<\/a>, or many more. I have a whole list of them and will bring them over to my blog. Today&#8217;s Carpaccio is made with Mozzarella Cheese and I bring you three different variations!<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/car4-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-7179\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>1. Variante:<\/strong><br data-rich-text-line-break=\"true\" \/>Fuer 4 Personen: <br data-rich-text-line-break=\"true\" \/>2 Mozzarella Kugeln<br data-rich-text-line-break=\"true\" \/>200 g braune Champignons, gehackt<br data-rich-text-line-break=\"true\" \/>Olivenoel<br data-rich-text-line-break=\"true\" \/>50 g Piniennuesse<br data-rich-text-line-break=\"true\" \/>1 Knoblauchzehe, gehackt<br data-rich-text-line-break=\"true\" \/>Pfeffer und Salz<br data-rich-text-line-break=\"true\" \/>etwas Zitronensaft<br data-rich-text-line-break=\"true\" \/>\u00a0<br data-rich-text-line-break=\"true\" \/>Den Mozzarella abtropfen lassen, dann duenn aufschneiden. Unterdessen die Pilze mit dem Knoblauch in etwas Olivenoel anbraten. Gut wuerzen. Den Zitronensaft zugeben. Ca. 3-5 Minuten kochen lassen, dann die Piniennuesse zugeben. Kurz braten und dann auskuehlen lassen. <br data-rich-text-line-break=\"true\" \/>Den Mozzarella auf eine Platte geben und mit Salz und Pfeffer wuerzen. Den Zitronensaft und etwas Olivenoel darueber traeufeln. Die Pilze darueber geben und servieren. Man kann auch Kraeuter dazu geben, ich bevorzuge Basilikum.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Man kann auch ohne Pilze, dafuer mit den Piniennuessen und Kapernbeeren dekorieren!<br data-rich-text-line-break=\"true\" \/><br data-rich-text-line-break=\"true\" \/><br data-rich-text-line-break=\"true\" \/><strong>2. Variante:<\/strong><br data-rich-text-line-break=\"true\" \/>2 Mozzarella Kugeln<br data-rich-text-line-break=\"true\" \/>2 EL <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2019\/04\/12\/basilikum-und-tomaten-pesto-basil-and-tomato-pesto\/\">Pesto<\/a><br data-rich-text-line-break=\"true\" \/>Salz<br data-rich-text-line-break=\"true\" \/>Pfeffer<br data-rich-text-line-break=\"true\" \/>Paprika<br data-rich-text-line-break=\"true\" \/>gehackte frische Kraeuter<br data-rich-text-line-break=\"true\" \/><br data-rich-text-line-break=\"true\" \/>Den Mozzarella abtropfen lassen, dann duenn aufschneiden.\u00a0 Mit den Gewuerzen bestreuen, dann das Pesto darauf geben und die Kraeuter darueber streuen.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>3. Variante:<\/strong><br data-rich-text-line-break=\"true\" \/>2 Mozzarellakugeln<br data-rich-text-line-break=\"true\" \/>10-12 Kirschtomaten, halbiert<br data-rich-text-line-break=\"true\" \/>2-3 EL Olivenoel<br data-rich-text-line-break=\"true\" \/>Salz und Pfeffer<br data-rich-text-line-break=\"true\" \/>1 Spritzer Balsamico Essig<br data-rich-text-line-break=\"true\" \/><br data-rich-text-line-break=\"true\" \/>Die Mozzarellakugeln abtropfen lassen, dann duenn aufschneiden. Die Tomaten halbiert mit allen anderen Zutaten marinieren, dann auf den Mozzarella geben und servieren.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><em>1. Variation:<\/em><\/strong><em><br data-rich-text-line-break=\"true\" \/>For 4 Persons:<br data-rich-text-line-break=\"true\" \/>2 Mozzarella Cheese balls<br data-rich-text-line-break=\"true\" \/>200 g brown Mushrooms, chopped<br data-rich-text-line-break=\"true\" \/>Olive Oil<br data-rich-text-line-break=\"true\" \/>50 g Pine Nuts<br data-rich-text-line-break=\"true\" \/>1 clove of Garlic, chopped<br data-rich-text-line-break=\"true\" \/>Pepper and Salt<br data-rich-text-line-break=\"true\" \/>some Lemon Juice<\/em><br data-rich-text-line-break=\"true\" \/>\u00a0<br data-rich-text-line-break=\"true\" \/><em>Let the cheese drip off the liquid. Meanwhile fry the chopped garlic and mushrooms in a little olive oil and season well. Add the lemon juice. Let cook for 3-5 minutes then add the pine nuts. Fry shortly and set aside to cool.<\/em><em><br data-rich-text-line-break=\"true\" \/>Slice the mozzarella very thinly and put on a plate. Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with lemon juice and olive oil. Add the mushrooms and serve. You can also add some chopped herbs if you like, I prefer Basil!<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>You can also not use the mushrooms, but use the pine nuts and some caper berries. <\/em><br data-rich-text-line-break=\"true\" \/><br data-rich-text-line-break=\"true\" \/><br data-rich-text-line-break=\"true\" \/><strong><em>2. Variation:<\/em><\/strong><em><br data-rich-text-line-break=\"true\" \/>2 Mozzarella Cheese Balls<br data-rich-text-line-break=\"true\" \/>2 tbsp <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2019\/04\/12\/basilikum-und-tomaten-pesto-basil-and-tomato-pesto\/\">Pesto<\/a><br data-rich-text-line-break=\"true\" \/>Salt<br data-rich-text-line-break=\"true\" \/>Pepper<br data-rich-text-line-break=\"true\" \/>Paprika<br data-rich-text-line-break=\"true\" \/>chopped fresh Herbs<br data-rich-text-line-break=\"true\" \/><br data-rich-text-line-break=\"true\" \/>Let the cheese drip off the liquid, then slice them very thinly. Mix the cherry tomatoes with the rest of the ingredients and let marinate for a while.
