So entstand dieses Dessert Yogurt-Cr\u00e8me mit Portwein-Kirschen. Sie sind nicht so dunkel wie die in Europa, eher weinrot und unglaublich gut. Ich habe davon gekauft und mir schwebte ein Yogurt Dessert vor. Mit Yogurt wird das Dessert leichter als mit Mascarpone oder so. Und damit die Kirschen richtig gut schmecken, habe ich sie im Portwein eingekocht. Oh, wow, die Cr\u00e8me war gut!!!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">************<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>Now we can get these beautiful cherries. They are not black like the European ones, but nice dark burgundy red! They are delicious! I bought some and I thought, I would like to serve them with a light yogurt cream. Yogurt makes desserts just as good as the ones with Mascarpone, but it will be a lot lighter! For the cherries to turn mouth-watering delicious, I cooked them in Port wine! Oh wow, what a delight!<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/kir14-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"Yogurt-Cr\u00e8me mit Portwein-Kirschen\" class=\"wp-image-7163\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>F\u00fcr die Kirschen:<\/strong><br>700 g Kirschen, Steine entfernt<br>3 geh\u00e4ufte TL Zucker<br>Saft 1 Zitrone<br>4 EL Portwein<br>2 TL Vanille Zucker<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Alle Zutaten in einen Topf geben und aufw\u00e4rmen. Dann etwa 5 Minuten k\u00f6cheln lassen.&nbsp;<br><strong>Tipp:<\/strong> Die Kirschen k\u00f6nnen soweit vorbereitet werden und in Gl\u00e4ser verschlossen gehalten werden. Am Besten man f\u00fcllt sie heiss ein und schliesst sofort den Deckel. Man kann diese Kirschen f\u00fcr Kuchen, Eis oder Drinks ben\u00fctzen!&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>F\u00fcr die Cr\u00e8me:<\/strong><br>1 kg griechischer Jogurt<br>250 g Ricotta oder Quark<br>250 g Doppelrahm<br>3 EL Puderzucker<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Den griechischen Jogurt in ein mit einem Touch ausgelegtes Sieb geben und ca. 2 Stunden abtropfen lassen. Dann mit dem Ricotta und dem Puderzucker mischen. Den Doppelrahm kurz aufschlagen und unterheben.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Die Cr\u00e8me schichten:<\/strong><br>Ein paar Essl\u00f6ffel der eingekochten Kirschen und etwas Saft davon in eine Sch\u00fcssel geben, dann mit der H\u00e4lfte der Jogurt Creme bedecken. Wiederholen und dann die Cr\u00e8me mit ein paar Tropfen des Saftes und frischen Kirschen und Pfefferminz Bl\u00e4ttern dekorieren. Im K\u00fchlschrank mindestens 4 Stunden durchk\u00fchlen lassen. Kalt servieren!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><strong>For the Cherries:<\/strong><\/em><br><em>700 g Cherries, stone removed<\/em><br><em>3 heaped tsp Sugar<\/em><br><em>Juice of 1 Lemon<\/em><br><em>4 tbsp Port Wine<\/em><br><em>2 tsp Vanilla Sugar<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Put all ingredients into a pot and heat up. Then let simmer for 5 minutes. <\/em><br><em><strong>Tip:<\/strong> You can prepare the cherries to this step and keep them in jars. Fill them in jars when still hot and close tightly! You can use them for toppings to cakes, creams, ice-cream or even into drinks!<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><strong>For the Cream:<\/strong><\/em><br><em>1 kg Greek Yogurt<\/em><br><em>250 g Ricotta or Quark\/Curd<\/em><br><em>250 g Double Cream<\/em><br><em>3 tbsp Icing Sugar<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Pour the yogurt into a cloth lined sieve and let drip out its liquid for approx. 2 hours. Then mix it with the ricotta and icing sugar. Quickly whip up the double cream and fold in.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><strong>To assemble the dessert:<\/strong><\/em><br><em>Put a few tablespoons of the cherries with the liquid into a bowl. Cover with half the yogurt cream. Add cherries again and top with the rest of the yogurt cream. Add a few drops of the cherry juice on top and decorate with fresh cherries and mint leaves.
