Ueberall, in jeden Salat, kommen sie rein und so sind auch diese zwei Tomatensalate entstanden.\u00a0Der erste ist ein Tomatensalat mit Brie Kaese, nicht mit Mozzarella. Er schmeckt wunderbar und mit Brie gibt es ihm wirklich eine spezielle Note. Der zweite ist zwar mit Mozzarella Kaese, aber zusaetzlich noch mit einem Power Mix, Keime von gruenen Soyabohnen, Kichererbsen und Linsen. Das kracht wunderbar unter den Zaehnen und ist sogar sehr gesund. Ich finde beide Salate sehr gut und so wird weiter fast jeden Tag Tomatensalat gegessen. Und da Ende Woche unser Nationalfeiertag ist, warum nicht mal so anrichten wie die Schweizerflagge?<br><br>Uebrigens wussten Sie?<br>Tomaten sch\u00fctzen vor Prostatakrebs<br>Zwei Mahlzeiten mit Tomatensauce pro Woche k\u00f6nnen das Risiko f\u00fcr Prostatakrebs bereits um 25 Prozent senken. Wichtig ist hier das Lycopin, das auch f\u00fcr die rote Farbe verantwortlich ist. Die krebshemmende Wirkung des Lycopins entfaltet sich allerdings nur dann optimal, wenn die Tomaten zusammen mit Fett gekocht werden, wie bei Saucen und Ketchup. That&#8217;s why we eat them almost every day and that&#8217;s also how these two salads have been created.\u00a0The first salad is with a Brie cheese, not with Mozzarella. The Brie gives it a special, more bitter taste. The second salad is with Mozzarella and with a power mix of seedlings of Soybeans, chickpeas and lentils. They are very healthy! I like both variations very much! Den Brie in kleine Stuecke schneiden und beides vermischen. Die Basilikumblaetter klein schneiden. Den Salat mit Salz, Pfeffer und den geschnittenen Basilikumblaettern bestreuen, die Spritzer Balsamico Essig darauf geben und das Olivenoel darueber traeufeln.\u00a0<br><br><br><strong>Tomatensalat mit Power Mix:<\/strong><br>4 reife Strauchtomaten\u00a0<br>1 Mozzarella Kugel<br>1 handvoll\u00a0Power Mix, Keime von gruenen Soyabohnen, Kichererbsen und Linsen<br>1\/2 Bund Basilikumblaetter<br>Salz und Pfeffer<br>2 Spritzer weissen Aceto Balsamico<br>4 El Olivenoel<br><br>Die Tomaten halbieren und in duenne Scheiben schneiden. Den Mozzarella klein schneiden. Den Basilikum kleinschneiden und ueber die Tomaten streuen. Das Power Mix darueber geben, mit Salz und Pfeffer wuerzen und die Basilikumblaetter darueber streuen. Den Balsamico Essig und das Olivenoel darueber geben.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">************<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em><strong>Tomato-Brie Cheese Salad:<\/strong><br>4 ripe Tomatoes<br>1 Brie Cheese<br>1\/2 Bunch Basil Leaves<br>Salt and Pepper<br>2 Spritzer Aceto Balsamico\/Balsamic Vinegar<br>4 tbsp Olive Oil<br><br>Cut the tomatoes into slices and than into quarters. Cut the Brie into small pieces and mix it with the tomatoes.\u00a0Chop the basil leaves.\u00a0Season\u00a0the salad, sprinkle with the basil leaves and add the balsamic vinegar and olive oil.\u00a0<\/em><br><br><br><em><strong>Tomato salad with power mix:<\/strong><br>4 ripe Tomatoes<br>1 Mozzarella Cheese<br>1 handful Power Mix,\u00a0of seedlings of Soy beans, chickpeas and lentils<br>1\/2 Bunch of Basil leaves<br>Salt and Pepper<br>2 Spritzer white Aceto Balsamico\/Balsamic Vinegar<br>4 tbsp Olive Oil<br><br>Cut the tomatoes in half and slice them.
