Deshalb muss ich mich jetzt \u201cgluschtig\u201d machen, mit einem typisch schweizerischen Rezept. So muss ich es nicht mitnehmen, sondern kann es jederzeit abrufen und backen. Ich liebe Beeren und mache viele Desserts mit ihnen. Ich habe schon einige <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/category\/berries-beeren\/page\/2\/\">Beerenrezepte<\/a> hier auf meinem Blog, und es werden sicher noch einige mehr dazu kommen. Dieser Nidelflade ist sehr traditionell, doch habe ich Beeren dazu gemischt. Er ist leicht und sommerlich und ein perfektes Dessert nach einem Grillabend.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>I will be flying to Switzerland today, after an awfully long time staying put. That\u2019s why I want to make myself hungry for Swiss food. And this recipe is so typically Swiss, it is absolutely delicious. I post it on my blog so I don\u2019t need to take it with me, I can access it any time now. I love berries and make lots of desserts with them. This Nidelflade\/Tart is very traditional and light. Perfect for a summer evening or after a BBQ. <\/em>\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/nid11-1024x847.jpg\" alt=\"Nidelflade mit Beeren\" class=\"wp-image-7130\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Fuer den <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2019\/11\/28\/pekan-toertchen-pecan-pies\/\">Teig<\/a>: (kann auch mit gekauftem Kuchenteig gemacht werden)<br \/><\/strong>280 g Mehl<br \/>\u00bd TL Salz<br \/>120 g Butter<br \/>3-6 EL kaltes Wasser<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Das Mehl mit dem Salz vermischen, dann die in Stuecke geschnittene Butter zugeben und mit einem Messer zusammenschneiden. So entsteht eine broeckelige Masse. Nun einen Essloeffel Wasser zugeben und mischen, wieder einen Essloeffel Wasser zugeben und das nur solange machen, bis der Teig knetbar wird. Zu einem Ball formen und in Folie verpackt 30 Minuten im Kuehschrank lagern. Dann den Teig fuer eine Tarteform auswallen, in die mit Backpapier ausgelegte Form geben und die Raender hochziehen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Fuer die Fuellung:<\/strong> <br \/>250 ml Rahm <br \/>200 g Cr\u00e8me fraiche <br \/>1 Ei <br \/>2 EL Weissmehl <br \/>5 EL Zucker <br \/>\u00bd TL Vanille Zucker <br \/>1 Prise Salz <br \/>Je 100 g Himbeeren und Heidelbeeren <br \/>Je 100 g Himbeeren und Heidelbeeren als Dekoration<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Alle Zutaten (ohne die Beeren der Dekoration) zusammen mischen, auf den Teig giessen und bei 200 C Grad 25 Minuten backen. Auskuehlen lassen und vor dem Servieren die restlichen Beeren darauf geben. Diese Tarte ist am Besten kalt serviert.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\u00a0<em><strong>For the <\/strong><\/em><em><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2019\/11\/28\/pekan-toertchen-pecan-pies\/\">Dough<\/a><\/strong><\/em><em><strong>: (you could also use store-bought short-crust Pastry)<\/strong><\/em><br \/><em>280 g Flour<\/em><br \/><em>\u00bd tsp Salt<\/em><br \/><em>120 g Butter<\/em><br \/><em>3-6 tbsp cold Water<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Mix the flour with the salt, then add the cold butter cut into pieces. With a knife cut it into the flour until you have a crumbly mass. Now slowly add the cold water, 1 tablespoon at the time until the dough comes together. Form a ball and wrap into cling-foil. Let rest in the fridge for 30 minutes. Roll it out and put it into a tart form layered with baking paper.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><em>For the Filling:<\/em><\/strong> <br \/><em>250 ml Whipping Cream<\/em> <br \/><em>200 g Cr\u00e8me fraiche<\/em> <br \/><em>1 Egg<\/em> <br \/><em>2 tbsp Flour<\/em> <br \/><em>5 tbsp Sugar<\/em> <br \/><em>\u00bd tsp Vanilla Sugar<\/em> <br \/><em>1 Pinch of Salt<\/em> <br \/><em>100 g Raspberries and Blueberries each<\/em> <br \/><em>100 g Raspberries and Blueberries each as Decoration<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Mix all ingredients (without the berries for Decoration) and pour onto the dough. Bake at 200 C for 25 minutes. Let cool down and decorate with the berries for decoration.
