Euren eigenen? Jeder bekannte Koch hat so einen! Ich anscheinend auch! Letzten Samstag haben wir ein paar Freunde zum Grillen eingeladen. Als ich ein paar Snacks auf den Tisch stellte zum Apero, hoerte ich jemanden sagen: \u201cDas ist Wilma\u2019s Signature dish!\u201d Huch, wovon war die Rede? Von meinen Airfryer Ravioli und Dumplings!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Echt???? Ich bin jetzt nicht sicher, ob ich das als Kompliment auffassen soll, oder ob es bedeutet, dass ich nicht wirklich kochen kann?!? Weil, diese Ravioli kann selbst ein Kind kochen. Nun ja, aber Ihr duerft ruhig neidisch sein, meine Freunde nennen diesen Snack Wilma\u2019s Signature Dish!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Do you have a signature dish? Your own? Every well-known Chef has one! It looks like I have one too! Last Saturday we had invited a few friends for a BBQ. I put some snacks on the table to be eaten to the drinks, I heard somebody say: \u201cThis is Wilma\u2019s signature dish!\u201d <\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>What???? I wasn\u2019t sure if I should take this as a compliment or if this would mean I cannot cook?!? Because this is so easy a little child could cook them. Anyway, now you all can be jealous, as I have now my very own Wilma\u2019s Signature dish!<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/dur10-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-7037\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/dur14-1024x803.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-7036\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<center><p>Als Snack zu Drinks fuer 6 Personen:\n<br><strong>Airfryer Ravioli:<\/strong>\n<br>250 g frische Ravioli mit vegetarischer Fuellung (sehr gut sind solche mit Kaesefuellung. Ich benuetze nie die Fleischigen, ich finde, frittiert schmecken die komisch)\n<br>2 EL Olivenoel<\/p>\n<p><strong>Chinesische Dumplings:<\/strong>\n<br>300 g chinesische Kohldumplings\n<br>2 EL Olivenoel<\/p>\n<p>Die Ravioli oder Dumplings im Olivenoel wenden. Obwohl man sagt, dass man beim Airfryien kein Oel braucht, so braucht es trotzdem ein wenig, damit das Koch-oder Backgut nicht total trocken wird. Die Ravioli\/Dumplings in den Korb des Airfryers geben und 5 Minuten auf 180 C Grad backen. Dann den Korb einmal gut durchschuetteln und nochmals 3-5 Minuten backen, bis die Ravioli\/Dumplings knusprig braun sind.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tip: \u00a0<\/strong>Ich serviere die Ravioli mit einem Dip als Fingerfood an Parties oder zu Drinks. Als Dip eignen sich viele verschiedene, zum Beispiel der <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2020\/06\/09\/grillkartoffeln-mit-sauerrahm-kraeuter-dip-grill-potatoes-with-sour-cream-herb-dip\/\">Sauerrahm-Kraeuter Dip<\/a>, oder der <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2020\/04\/28\/auberginen-mit-creme-fraiche-dip-airfryer-eggplants-with-creme-fraiche-dip\/\">Cr\u00e8me Fraiche Dip<\/a>, sehr gut ist der <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2018\/11\/08\/geroesteter-blumenkohl-mit-kaesedip-roasted-cauliflower-with-cheese-dip\/\">Kaese Dip<\/a>, oder <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2019\/07\/05\/mirza-ghazemi-persian-eggplant-dip\/\">Mirza Ghasemi<\/a>, der persische Auberginen Dip.\n<br>Die Dumplings serviere ich mit einer Sweet Chili Sauce oder mit einem Chili Oel Dip!<\/p>\n<p>************<\/p>\n<p><em>As Snack to Drinks for 6 Persons:<\/em>\n<br><strong><em>Airfryer Ravioli:<\/em><\/strong>\n<p><em>250 g fresh Ravioli with vegetarian Filling (very good are the ones with cheese filling. I never use meat filled Ravioli I think they taste strange when airfried) <\/em>\n<br><em>2 tbsp Olive Oil<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Chinese Dumplings:<\/em><\/strong>\n<br><em>300 g Chinese Cabbage Dumplings<\/em>\n<br><em>2 tbsp Olive Oil<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Turn the Ravioli or Dumplings over in the olive oil. Even though if they say, you do not use any oil with airfrying, you need to add a little to keep the dumplings or ravioli from totally drying out. Put the Ravioli\/Dumplings into the basket of the Airfryer and fry for 5 Minutes on 180 C. Then shake the basket well and fry for another 3-5 minutes until golden brown. <\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Tip: \u00a0<\/em><\/strong><em>I serve the Ravioli with a Dip to drinks on parties or as a snack.
