Ich war noch nie in Schweden. Wir leben zu lange in Asien, so kommt Europa zu kurz, wenn\u2019s um\u2019s Reisen geht. Aber das hinder mich nicht, kulinarisch Rezepte durchzustoebern, und das habe ich gemacht. Dabei bin ich ueber diese Kartoffelkloesse gestolpert. Wenn\u2019s um Kloesse\/Dumplings geht, bin ich sofort mit dabei! Ich mag Kloesse sehr, ich versuche moeglichst viele verschiedene zu kochen. Und wenn sie aus Kartoffeln sind, dann erinnern sie mich an meine <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2020\/04\/24\/gnocchi-al-gorgonzola-mein-heimweh-rezept\/\">Lieblingsgnocchi<\/a>! Ich habe ja auch schon einige Kloesse\/Dumplings auf meinem Blog, bald nennt man mich die Dumplings Masterin. I have never been in Sweden. We have lived far too long in Asia, so traveling in Europa was too far away. But that does not hinder me to go through some Swedish recipes and see what I can find. So, I found these potato dumplings, and I had to try them. I love dumplings, all kinds of it, but they are made with potatoes I go crazy! They remind me of my <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2020\/04\/24\/gnocchi-al-gorgonzola-mein-heimweh-rezept\/\">favorite dumplings, the gnocchi<\/a>. The more different dumplings I can make the better. Soon they will call me the dumpling master. I have cooked already some dumpling recipe. Schaehlen und durch die Kartoffelpresse druecken. Nun von Hand mit dem Eigelb, dem Ei, Salz und nach und nach Mehl verkneten. Es kommt sehr auf die Kartoffeln an, ob man alles Mehl braucht oder nicht. Daraus eine Rolle formen und diese in ca Golfball grosse Stuecke schneiden.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Fuer die Fuellung:<\/strong> <br>1 EL Butter <br>200 g Champignons <br>2 Fruehlingszwiebeln, gehackt <br>2 Knoblauchzehen, gehackt <br>Salz und Pfeffer<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Die Fruehlingszwiebeln und den Knoblauch in der Butter anbraten, dann die feingehackten Pilze zugeben, wuerzen und so lange braten, bis sie wieder trocken sind. Das heisst, so lange braten bis die austretende Fluessigkeit wieder eingekocht ist. Zur Seite geben.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Fuer die Kloesse:<\/strong> <br>Die Haende gut einmehlen, dann eines der Teigstuecke auf der Handflaeche flachdruecken. 1 TL der Fuellung darauf geben. Die Kartoffelmasse darueber ziehen und gut zusammen druecken. Bei mir ging das nicht so gut, so dass die Fuellung oft auch im Kloss sichtbar wurde. Die Kloesse in gesalzenem simmerndem Wasser so lange ziehen lassen, bis sie obenauf schwimmen. Man serviert sie mit geschmolzener Butter, ich habe sie aber mit einer wuerzigen Hackfleisch-Tomatensauce serviert.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For 4 Persons:<\/em> <br><strong><em>For the Dumplings:<\/em><\/strong> <br><em>Approx. 800 g Potatoes<\/em> <br><em>Approx. 200 g Flour<\/em> <br><em>2 Egg-yolks<\/em> <br><em>1 Egg<\/em> <br><em>1 tsp Salt<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Cook the potatoes in a pressure cooker until soft. Let them cool. Then peel them and press them through a sieve like for mashed potatoes. Add the egg-yolks, egg, salt and slowly add some flour and knead well. It depends on the potatoes, some need more flour, some less. Form a roll and cut golf size big pieces. <\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><em>For the Filling:<\/em><\/strong> <br><em>1 tbsp Butter<\/em> <br><em>200 g Button Mushrooms<\/em> <br><em>2 Spring-onions, chopped<\/em> <br><em>2 cloves of Garlic, chopped<\/em> <br><em>Salt and Pepper<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Fry the chopped spring-onion and garlic in the butter, then add the chopped mushrooms. Season well and let cook until the cooking liquid has disappeared. Set aside. &nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><em>For the Dumplings:<\/em><\/strong> <br><em>Brush your hands well with flour! Take one piece of dumpling dough into your hand and flatten it into your palm. Add 1 tsp of the filling and wrap the dough over it. Mine were a little too wet, so it did not turn out nicely and you can see some of the filling spill out. Simmer the dumplings in salted water until they float. Serve them with melted butter.
