Das mache ich gerne, denn ich weiss, wieviel Arbeit in so einer Party steckt. So war es auch letzte Woche, am Dragon Boat Festival, an dem wir eine Wanderung machten und sich dann alle bei einem Freund zuhause zum BBQ trafen. Erwartet wurden ca 20 Personen, es kamen aber 35!!! Ich wurde gebeten, Pasta zu kochen, denn alle nennen mich hier Pasta Master. So habe ich 2 kg Pasta gekocht mit drei verschiedenen Saucen. Eine mit <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2019\/04\/12\/basilikum-und-tomaten-pesto-basil-and-tomato-pesto\/\">Pesto<\/a>, eine mit <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2019\/09\/18\/italienische-wurst-bolognese-italian-sausage-bolognese\/\">Wurstbolognese<\/a>, und eine vegetarische mit Erbsen, Pilzen und Broccoli. Ihr werdet es kaum glauben, obwohl die Gastgeberin noch unglaublich viel Fleisch und Salate serviert hat, wurde alles aufgegessen. Man haette denken koennen, alle waeren am Verhungern!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>I am often asked to help cooking on big parties. I love to do that, because I know how much work is involved for the hostess. We had Dragon Boat Festival last week and we celebrated it with a walk and a BBQ at a friend\u2019s home. He expected 20 persons, but 35 came!!!! So, I cooked 2 kg of pasta with three different sauces. One portion was served with <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2019\/04\/12\/basilikum-und-tomaten-pesto-basil-and-tomato-pesto\/\">Pesto<\/a>, one with <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2019\/09\/18\/italienische-wurst-bolognese-italian-sausage-bolognese\/\">Sausage Bolognese<\/a>, and a vegetarian one with peas, mushrooms and broccoli. Even though the hostess served loads of meat and salads all the pasta was gone in no time. You could have thought, they are all famished! <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/pis11-768x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-6847\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<center><p><strong>Fuer 4 Personen:<\/strong>\n<br>1 Broccoli\n<br>100 g Champignons\n<br>100 g gefrorene Erbsen\n<br>2 Knoblauchzehen, gehackt\n<br>50 g geriebener Cheddar\n<br>150 ml Milch\n<br>200 g Frischkaese\n<br>100 ml Sahne\n<br>Salz und Pfeffer\n<br>Paprika\n<br>Rosmarin\n<br>1 Chilischote, gehackt\n<br>Italienische Kraeuter\n<br>Olivenoel\n<br>400 g Spaghetti<\/p>\n<p>Den Broccoli in kleine Roeschen schneiden und die Pilze klein schneiden. Etwas Olivenoel in einem Wok erhitzen und die Broccoli und den gehackten Knoblauch darin anbraten. Die Pilze dazu geben und gut wuerzen. Kurz gut durchbraten, dann die Erbsen zugeben. Die Milch dazu giessen und den Frischkaese dazu mischen. Koecheln lassen, bis der Kaese geschmolzen ist. Dann den geriebenen Cheddar zugeben (man kann auch Mozzarella benuetzen, oder wer\u2019s etwas rezenter will, nimmt Raclette Kaese) Kurz koecheln lassen und nachwuerzen.\n<br>Die Spaghetti nach Packungsanweisung kochen und abgiessen, dann direkt in die Sauce geben und sorgfaeltig mischen. \u00a0Sofort servieren.<\/p>\n<p>************<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>For 4 Persons:<\/em><\/strong>\n<br><em>1 Broccoli<\/em>\n<br><em>100 g Button Mushrooms<\/em>\n<br><em>100 g frozen Peas<\/em>\n<br><em>2 cloves of Garlic, chopped<\/em>\n<br><em>50 g grated Cheddar<\/em>\n<br><em>150 ml Milk<\/em>\n<br><em>200 g Cream Cheese<\/em>\n<br><em>Salt and Pepper<\/em>\n<br><em>Paprika<\/em>\n<br><em>Rosemary<\/em>\n<br><em>1 Chili chopped<\/em>\n<br><em>Some Italian Herbs<\/em>\n<br><em>Olive Oil<\/em>\n<br><em>400 g Spaghetti<\/em>\n<p><em>Cut the broccoli into small rosettes and chop the mushrooms. Heat some olive oil in a wok and fry the broccoli and garlic in it. Add the mushrooms and season well. Let cook shortly then add the frozen peas. Pour the milk in and add the cream cheese. Let simmer until the cheese has melted. Then add the grated Cheddar (you could use Mozzarella or for a more cheesy dish Raclette cheese) Let cook for a short while and season to taste. \u00a0<\/em>\n<br><em>Cook the Spaghetti as advised on the packaging and drain. Serve them directly into the sauce and mix carefully.
