Und wie das so ist, wenn man sich nicht gut fuehlt, man hat keine grosse Lust, etwas zu kochen. Ich sass im Wohnzimmer und las, als ich hoerte, wie jemand die Holztreppe zum Wohnzimmer hochkam, Holz knarrt nun mal, vor allem in einem ueber 100 jaehrigen Haus. Der Einzige, der zuhause war, war mein Sohn, also musste er es sein. Doch aus den Augenwinkeln sah ich eine ganz in schwarz gekleidete Gestalt, mein Sohn trug aber helle Kleider. Eine Schrecksekunde spaeter umarmte ich meine Tochter, die mich mit ihrem Besuch ueberraschen wollte. Ueberraschung gelungen!!!! Sie meinte auch gleich:&#8221;Mami, da es dir nicht so gut geht, koche ich. Ich habe auch alles mit dabei!&#8221; Und als erstes machte sie diese Kartoffelchips. Die sehen nicht nur super aus, sondern schmecken auch so! Sie weiss, dass ich selbst wenn ich krank bin, Kartoffeln essen kann!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Last year, when I was in Switzerland, I had a flu. I was not feeling too well and when you are sick, you don\u2019t want to cook. I was sitting in my living room reading, when I heard somebody coming up the wooden stairs. They are creaking, especially in an over 100 years old house. The only one at home was my son, so I thought it must be him. Then out of the corner of my eyes I saw a dark figure, dressed all in black. Wait a minute, my son was wearing light colored clothing.&nbsp;<br>A second later I was embracing my daughter, who came for a surprise visit.&nbsp;Yes, it was a wonderful surprise!!!! She said: &#8220;Mum, as you are not yet well, I will cook. I brought all we need!&#8221; And first she baked these crisp potato chips; they don&#8217;t only look good; they also taste delicious! She knows, even when I am sick I can eat potatoes!<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/ach6-683x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-6834\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Fuer 4 Personen als Snack:<\/strong><br>500 g Kartoffeln<br>Salz und Pfeffer<br>Paprika<br>Rosmarin<br>Knoblauchpulver<br>Olivenoel<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Die Kartoffeln in duenne Scheiben schneiden und sorgfaeltig in eine Gratinform schichten, so dass sie aufrecht stehen. Dabei sollten sie nicht zu eng stehen, damit sie auch ueberall knusprig werden. Wenn man sie eng schichtet, werden sie oben knusprig und innen weich und so kann dieses Rezept als Kartoffelgratin serviert werden.&nbsp;Wenn sie locker eingeschichtet sind, kann man sie als Chips mit einem Dip servieren. Gut wuerzen und mit Olivenoel besprayen. Im Ofen bei 200 C Grad ca 40 Minuten knusprig backen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><strong>For 4 Persons as Snack:<\/strong><br>500 g Potatoes<br>Salt and Pepper<br>Paprika<br>Rosemary<br>Garlic Powder<br>Olive Oil<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Slice the potatoes into thin slices and put them standing up into a greased gratin dish. Please make sure not the push them too tight together or they will not get crisp all over. If you layer them tightly then they will be crisp on top and soft in the middle, so you can serve them as a gratin dish. Or you could pack them not so tightly and serve them as chips with a dip. Season very well and spray with olive oil.
