Ich fand auch welche. Sie waren relativ klein und nicht so schoen, deshalb habe ich sie nicht <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2018\/10\/26\/fior-di-zucca-gebacken-baked\/\">gefuellt wie im letzten Rezept<\/a>, sondern einfach im Ausbackteig gebraten.\u00a0Wir waren nur zu zweit, aber wir haben wie 4 Personen zugeschlagen!!<br \/>Fiori di Zucca sind fuer mich ein Highlight des Sommers. Da bin ich gleich wieder Kind, im Sommer in Italien. Erinnerungen kommen auf, im Garten am Blueten zupfen, Nonna in der Kueche am Teigchen vorbereiten, Sonne, Sommer\u2026.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>It is time for zucchini flowers. I found some. They were relatively small and not that beautiful, but still good to fry. I did not fill them like <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2018\/10\/26\/fior-di-zucca-gebacken-baked\/\">in my last recipe<\/a>. We were just the two of us, but we ate for 4!!! They were that good!<br \/>Fiori di Zucca are a Highlight in summer. I turn into a child again, summer in Italy. Memories come back&#8230;. we in the garden, picking the zucchini flowers, Nonna in the kitchen making the batter, summer, sun\u2026<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/fior6-1024x612.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-6761\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Fuer 4 Personen:<br \/>ca 16-20 kleine Zucchini Bl\u00fcten<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Die aeusseren Zacken der Bl\u00fcten und den Stempel innen drin entfernen und die Bl\u00fcten leicht abspr\u00fchen. Auf K\u00fcchenpapier trocknen.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Ausbackteig:<\/strong><br \/>3 Eier<br \/>3 EL Mehl<br \/>1\/4 TL Salz<br \/>3 EL Wasser<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Diese Zutaten gut zusammen r\u00fchren. Die Zucchini Bl\u00fcten durch den Teig ziehen und in heissem Oel beidseitig ausbacken. Sofort servieren!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For 4 Persons:<\/em><em><br \/><\/em><em>approx. 12-16 Fiori di Zucca<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Take the thorns and the inner part of the flowers off.
