Deshalb passt es auch super zum <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kochtopf.me\/blog-event-einfach-gut\">Kochtopf Blogevent \u201cEinfach gut\u201d<\/a> von Verena von <a href=\"https:\/\/verenasblogschoenedinge.com\/\">Verena\u2019s Blog Sch\u00f6ne Dinge<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Wir moegen Eier sehr und essen sie oft zum Fruehstueck, aber auch zum Abendessen, oder gar als Snack. Und so ist es auch einfach, solche Kuechlein mit beliebige Zutaten zu machen. Aber wenns eilt, dann nehme ich eben, was ich in den Vorraeten habe. Und Maiskoerner habe ich immer, denn wir lieben sie. Klar kann man auch ganze Maiskolben kochen und dann die Koerner abschneiden, das mache ich, wenn wir ein BBQ hatten und Mais uebrig bleibt. Aber sonst benuetze ich die Buechsen. Abgiessen, auswaschen (mache ich bei Buechsenware eigentlich immer) und benuetzen. But also for dinner you can serve them or even as snack. That\u2019s why these fritters are so easy, and you can make them with any ingredients you have at home. But when I have no time, then I use canned goods from my pantry. And I always have corn at home! Of course, you can use fresh corn, but you have to boil the whole corn first. I use leftover corn after BBQ\u2019s, I just cut them off the husk. But usually I use canned corn, drain them and wash them, that\u2019s what I always do with canned foods. A quick and simple recipe!<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/cop9-805x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-6534\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Fuer 2 Personen: <br \/>3 Eier <br \/>1 Buechse Maiskoerner <br \/>2 Fruehlingszwiebeln <br \/>1 Tomate <br \/>Salz und Pfeffer <br \/>4 EL Mehl<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Die Maiskoerner abschuetten und kurz auswaschen. Die Tomate und die Fruehlingszwiebeln hacken. Alles mit den restlichen Zutaten zu einem Teigchen mischen. Wenig Oel in einer flachen Pfanne erhitzen und jeweils 2 EL des Teiges pro Portion darin beidseitig braten. Mit etwas Meersalz bestreuen und mit Salat oder Anderem servieren.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For 2 Persons:<\/em> <br \/><em>3 Eggs<\/em> <br \/><em>1 can of Kernel Corn<\/em> <br \/><em>2 Spring-onions<\/em> <br \/><em>1 Tomato<\/em> <br \/><em>Salt and Pepper<\/em> <br \/><em>4 tbsp Flour<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Drain the corn and wash them quickly. Chop the spring-onions and the tomato. Mix all the ingredients together and heat some oil in a flat pan. Add two tbsp at a time to make patties. Fry them on both sides until browned.
