Natuerlich musste es etwas Selbstgemachtes sein. Da es bei uns sehr heiss und feucht ist, sollte es etwas Erfrischendes sein, das man genrne trinkt. Ein Zitronensirup, war mein erster Gedanke! So habe ich mich daran gesetzt und heraus kame in nicht zu suesser Sirup, der unglaublich erfrischend ist! Meine Besucher waren ueberrascht und tranken ihn sehr gerne!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For a party I had to think what to serve as a drink. Of course, it had to be homemade! As it is extremely hot and humid where we live, it had to be something refreshing. My first thought was lemon syrup. So, I went to work, and I produced this very nice, not too sweet syrup. My guests loved it and were happy for its freshness. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/zit19-683x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-6469\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<center><p>Fuer ca 600 ml Sirup:\n<br>250 ml Zitronensaft\n<br>Abrieb von 4 Zitronen\n<br>250 g Zucker\n<br>150 ml Wasser<\/p>\n<p>Die Zitronen ca 10 Minuten in kaltes Wasser legen, damit die Haut richtig sauber wird. Ich mache das auch mit BIO Zitronen so. Dann die Haut von 4 Zitronen Abreiben. Alles zusammen aufkochen und ca 5 Minuten lang koecheln lassen. Dann durch ein Sieb abgiessen und in eine Flasche abfuellen. Man braucht nicht viel davon, um einen feinen zitronigen Geschmack zu erhalten. Serviert mit Eis und ein paar Pfefferminze Blaetter ist es ein tolles Sommergetraenk. Der Sirup ist ca 2 Monate haltbar.<\/p>\n<p>************<\/p>\n<p><em>For approx. 600 ml Syrup:<\/em>\n<br><em>250 ml Lemon Juice<\/em>\n<br><em>Zest of 4 Lemons<\/em>\n<br><em>250 g Sugar<\/em>\n<br><em>150 ml Water<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Put the lemon into cold water for 10 minutes, to clean the skin. I also do this with BIO lemons. Grate off the skin of 4 lemons. Put all ingredients int a pot and bring to a boil. Simmer for 5 minutes, then pass through a sieve and fill into a bottle. You don\u2019t need much of it to give you a great lemony taste! Served with ice and some mint leaves it is a very refreshing summer drink!
