Grillspiesse sind immer willkommen. Ich habe die Gemischte Grillspiesse mit allem M\u00f6glichen best\u00fcckt, verschiedene Fleischsorten, Wurstst\u00fccke, Gem\u00fcse, sogar Brot oder Fr\u00fcchte kann man da drauf stecken. Wieder Mal kann man so richtig kreativ sein in der K\u00fcche und ich liebe das! Also auch bei diesem Rezept muss man etwas scrollen, denn es sind mehrere Rezepte dabei!\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Man kann \u00fcbrigens solche Spiesse auch im Ofen backen, oder in einer weiten Pfanne, falls das Wetter nicht mitmacht. Im Ofen werden sie aber viel regelm\u00e4ssiger gekocht, in der Pfanne ist es meist ein Problem, weil die St\u00fccke auf dem Spiess oft nicht genau gleich gross sind und somit die kleineren Teile die Pfanne nicht ber\u00fchren. Das ist das Problem bei Spiessen, man sollte darauf achten, dass die Stueck die selbe Gr\u00f6sse haben, damit alle miteinander durchgekocht sind. Mixed grill skewers are always welcome at any BBQ. I use a lot of different ingredients for my skewers and I love to serve each time a different one. You can use any kind of meat, sausages, vegetables, even bread and fruits. You can really get highly creative in your kitchen and I love that! Please, scroll down to see all the different recipes!<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>You could also bake these skewers in the oven, if you don&#8217;t have a\u00a0BBQ\u00a0grill, or the weather is bad. Or you could fry them in a wide pan, but sometimes this doesn&#8217;t work well as the meat pieces might not be the same size and so some of them don&#8217;t touch the pan right.\u00a0<\/em><br \/><em>That&#8217;s the problem with skewers, all the pieces you put on them must be approximately the same size, so they all cook at the same time. Spiess H\u00fchnerfleisch mit Brot und Speck:<\/b><br>H\u00fchnerbr\u00fcstchen in gleich grosse W\u00fcrfel geschnitten&nbsp;<br>mehrere Scheiben Vollkornbrot, dicke Scheiben, meine waren zu duenn<br>Speckscheiben<br>Stuecke von Chorizo<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Die Brotscheiben mit Speck Belegen und in viertel zusammenfalten. Die Fleischst\u00fccke, Brote und die Chorizo St\u00fccke abwechselnd auf die Spiesse stecken. Auf dem Grill bei mittlerer Hitze grillen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><strong>Marinade for all Meats:<\/strong><\/em><br><em>3 tbsp hot Mustard<\/em><br><em>2 tbsp Ketchup<\/em><br><em>8 tbsp Olive Oil<\/em><br><em>3 cloves of Garlic, chopped<\/em><br><em>Rosemary<\/em><br><em>Salt and Pepper<\/em><br><em>Paprika<\/em><br><em>Chili Powder<\/em><br><em>1 dash of Worcestershire Sauce<\/em><br><em>1 dash of Whiskey&nbsp;<\/em><br><em>Mix all ingredients together and marinate the meat pieces in it.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><strong>1. Skewer Chicken with Bread and Bacon:<\/strong><\/em><br><em>Chicken breast, cut into same size cubes&nbsp;<\/em><br><em>some slices of Whole-wheat Bread, thick slices, mine were too thin<\/em><br><em>Slices of Bacon<\/em><br><em>Cubes of Chorizo<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Put the bacon slices onto the bread slices and fold them together into a quarter of their size.
