Rezepte fuer jeden Tag\u201d<\/a> bei Zorra von Kochtopf, ausgerichtet von Verena von <a href=\"https:\/\/verenasblogschoenedinge.com\/\">Verena\u2019s Blog Sch\u00f6ne Dinge<\/a> gerne mit, aber da ich ja bekanntlich nicht in Europa wohne, mache ich mit, mit einem Rezept, das eben bei UNS kein Problem ist, zu kochen. Wer richtig viele Vitamine zu sich nehmen will &#8211; und das nicht via Smoothie machen will &#8211; sollte es den Chinesen abschauen. So ein richtig feines Gemuesegericht ist schnell gekocht und man kann dazu natuerlich seine Vorlieben an Gemuese verwenden.<br>Ich zeige Euch, welche Gemuese ich genommen habe, dabei habe ich natuerlich chinesische Vorlieben verwendet, logisch, denn diese Zutaten sind bei uns immer erhaeltlich. Dazu gehoeren Pack Choi, kleine Maiskoelbchen, Sojasprossen und vieles mehr. Gebratenes Gemuese nach chinesischer Art bedeutet auch, dass das Gemuese kurz gebraten ist, also knackig und noch voller Vitamine! Bei chinesischen Gerichten muss man darauf achten, dass man alle Zutaten vorher vorbereitet und schneidet, da der Kochprozess ganz kurz ist und man da keine Zeit mehr zum Schneiden hat. Ob Ihr nun solche Gemuese verwendet, wie ich hier, oder was auch immer Ihr zuhause habt, das Gericht schmeckt wunderbar frisch!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Of course, I am partaking in the event <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kochtopf.me\/blog-event-einfach-gut\">\u201cEinfach gut! But as you may already know, I don&#8217;t live in Europe. So, I am bringing you a recipe with ingredients WE here in China are able to buy anytime of year. If you want to eat lots of vitamins &#8211; and that means, not mashing them up in&nbsp; a smoothie &#8211; you may make it as the Chinese do! Such a wonderful vegetable dish is cooked quickly and you can use your favorite vegetables.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/em><br><em>I show you what vegetables I used, of course, they are Chinese influenced, as I live here and they are available here. Very famous here are Pack Choi, mini corns, soy beans etc. Stir-fried vegetables Chinese way also means you have to prepare all the ingredients in advance, as you don&#8217;t have time to cut and slice when cooking. It also means, the vegetables are quick-fried, all vitamins are still there. If you use the ingredients I used is up to you, you can use any vegetables and make it to your taste. This dish is fresh and tasty and fits to anything else or just eaten with rice.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/gem5-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-6369\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Fuer 4 Personen:<br \/>2-3 grosse Pack Choi, in kleinere Stuecke geschnitten<br \/>2 geraffelte Karotten, oder in Wuerfel geschnitten<br \/>5-6 kleine Maiskoelbchen, in Drittel geschnitten (falls man keine Frischen bekommt, nimmt man die aus dem Glas, die sollten aber gut abgewaschen werden)<br \/>1 gelbe Ruebe, klein geschnitten oder gerieben<br \/>4 Knoblauchzehen, in Scheiben geschnitten<br \/>1 handvoll Sojasprossen<br \/>3 Schalotten, kleingeschnitten<br \/>1 handvoll gefrorene Erbsen<br \/>1 rote Pepperoni, gewuerfelt<br \/>ein paar Pilze, geschnitten<br \/>evt Chinesischer Kohl, kleingeschnitten<br \/>4 EL Sojasauce<br \/>4 EL Oystersauce <br \/>Man kann auch die Blaetter der Broccholi oder des Blumenkohls verwenden!<br \/>etwas Sonnenblumenoel <br style=\"text-align: center;\" \/>Pfeffer oder Chili nach belieben<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Das Oel in einem Wok erhitzen und die Knoblauchzehen anbraten, dann das Gemuese zugeben und unter stetigem Wenden das Gemuese bei grosser Hitze braten. Nach 3 Minuten die Sojasauce zugeben und am Ende noch die Oystersauce. Ich gebe kein zusaetzliches Salz dazu, da die Sojasauce salzig ist, aber wer&#8217;s lieber etwas salziger mag, kann etwas davon zugeben.\u00a0Wuerzen nach Wunsch. Mit weissem Reis servieren!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Tip:<\/strong><br \/>Fuer alle, die in der Schweiz wohnen: In den Supermaerkten gibt es gefrorenes, schon geschnittenes Gemuese Chinesisch, passend fuer dieses Gericht!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For 4 Persons:<\/em><br \/><em>2-3 big Pack Choi, cut into smallish pieces<\/em><br \/><em>2 Carrots, grated or diced<\/em><br \/><em>5-6 small Corns, cut into thirds (if you can&#8217;t get fresh ones use the ones in the jar, but wash the thoroughly first))<\/em><br \/><em>1 yellow Carrot, diced<\/em><br \/><em>4 cloves of Garlic, sliced<\/em><br \/><em>1 handful Beansprouts\u00a0<\/em><br \/><em>3 Shallots, sliced<\/em><br \/><em>1 handful frozen Peas<\/em><br \/><em>1 red Pepperoni, diced<\/em><br \/><em>a few Mushrooms, sliced<\/em><br \/><em>some Chinese Cabbage, chopped <\/em><br \/><em>You can also use the leaves of Broccoli or Cauliflower!<\/em><br \/><em>4 tbsp Soy Sauce<\/em><br \/><em>4 tbsp Oyster Sauce<\/em><br \/><em>some Sunflower Oil <\/em><br \/><em>Pepper and Chili to taste<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Heat the oil in a wok and fry the garlic in it. Then add the vegetables and fry on high heat for 3 minutes. Be careful to not burn it, so turn it over all the time. Then add the soy sauce, mix well and add the oyster sauce. I did not add any salt, as soy sauce is salty already, but you can season with pepper or chili.
