Ihre Kueche war bekannt, sie war die beste Koechin der Welt!&nbsp;Ich versuche hart, es ihr gleich zu tun, aber ihr Risotto war einfach viel besser. Vielleicht sind Kindheitserinnerungen so, dass alles viel besser und groesser war&#8230; vielleicht muss das so sein!<br>Erinnerungen beiseite, ich habe einen feinen Risotto mit Tomatenstuecken gekocht, das Geheimnis fuer einen cremigen Risotto ist ganz einfach, &nbsp;viel &nbsp;umruehren und am Ende frische Butter rein machen.&nbsp;Tomate = Pomodoro auf Italienisch, hat den Namen erhalten, durch die fruehere Bezeichnung Pomo d\u2019Amore = Liebesapfel. Pomodoro hat als nicht die Bezeichnung Goldapfel, was von vielen so angenommen wird!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Faccio un Risottino, used my mother to say and went cooking the creamiest risotto ever! She was famous for her traditional Italian cooking; she was the world\u2019s best cook! I am trying hard to copy her, but her Risotto was miles better. Maybe childhood memories have to be this way&#8230; everything&nbsp;seemed&nbsp;to be better and bigger.<\/em><br><em>But put aside my memories&#8230; I made a beautiful creamy Risotto with pieces of tomato. The secret to a creamy Risotto is easy; move it all the time and add fresh butter! Tomato = Pomodoro in Italian, comes from Pomo d&#8217;Amore = Love-Apple. Many think, pomodoro means Golden Apple, which is wrong!<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/rit10-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-6227\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Fuer 2 Personen:<br \/>160 g Risotto Reis, Arborio oder Vialone<br \/>20 g Butter<br \/>2 EL Olivenoel<br \/>2 Knoblauchzehen, gehackt<br \/>2 Tomaten, geschaehlt und gehackt<br \/>100 ml Weisswein<br \/>800 ml Bruehe<br \/>1 Beutel Safran<br \/>Salz und Pfeffer<br \/>Rosmarin<br \/>Paprika<br \/>30 g Butter<br \/>20 g geriebener Parmesan<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Die 20 g Butter und das Olivenoel in einem schweren Topf erhitzen und den gehackten Knoblauch anbraten. Den Reis zufuegen und unter ruehren glasig braten. Mit dem Weisswein abloeschen und ihn ganz einkochen lassen. Gut wuerzen und den Safran zugeben! Jetzt die Tomatenstuecke zugeben und mitkochen.\u00a0Dann immer wieder eine Suppenkelle Bruehe zugeben und einkochen lassen, wieder Bruehe zugeben und einkochen lassen. Man sollte dauern umruehren, das verteilt die Staerke des Reis und macht den Risotto sehr cremig.\u00a0Sobald der Reis weich ist die Butter zugueben und einruehren, dann den geriebenen Parmesan dazugeben und heiss servieren.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For 2 Persons:<\/em><em><br \/><\/em><em>160 g Risotto Rice, Arborio or Vialone<\/em><em><br \/><\/em><em>20 g Butter<\/em><em><br \/><\/em><em>2 tbsp Olive Oil<\/em><em><br \/><\/em><em>2 cloves of Garlic, chopped<\/em><em><br \/><\/em><em>2 Tomatoes, peeled and chopped<\/em><em><br \/><\/em><em>100 ml White Wine<\/em><em><br \/><\/em><em>800 ml Broth<\/em><em><br \/><\/em><em>1 Pinch of Saffron Powder<\/em><em><br \/><\/em><em>Salt and Pepper<\/em><em><br \/><\/em><em>Rosemary<\/em><em><br \/><\/em><em>Paprika<\/em><em><br \/><\/em><em>30 g Butter<\/em><em><br \/><\/em><em>20 g grated Parmesan<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Heat the 20 g butter and the olive oil in a heavy pan and fry the garlic.\u00a0Add the rice and move it around until the rice corns are all translucent.\u00a0Add the white wine and move the rice around until the whine has reduced. Season well and add the saffron. Then add the tomatoes and cook them with the rice.\u00a0Now add a soup\u00a0ladle\u00a0of broth, move the rice and let reduce, add another ladle of broth and move and let reduce, go on until the rice is soft. By moving the rice, the starch of the rice will get into the liquid and make the Risotto creamy.\u00a0When the rice is cooked add the butter and some grated Parmesan and mix well.
