I love all kinds of berries, but mostly raspberries (I think, it&#8217;s not hard to see) I actually wanted to bake a lemon cake but then I thought, why not beautify it with berries? And I did! The cake turned out moist and delicious, perfect for us! I chose raspberries and blueberries because of the colors, they look beautiful in the cake!\u00a0\n        <br><br>\n\t\tThis is an entry to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foodblogs-schweiz.ch\/food-challenge-mai-runde-14\/\">Foodblogs-Schweiz.<\/a> This Challenges are very creative, but often I cannot take part, because here in Asia not all ingredients are available. Or whatever is in season in Europe, is not in Asia. Mix the flour with the baking powder and add to the dough. Also add the ground almond, mix well.
