Er ist ohne Butter, denn der Rahm gibt ihm genug Fett.\u00a0Er wird sehr locker und luftig und man kann ihn mit verschiedenen Geschmacksrichtungen machen.\u00a0Meiner ist mit Zitrone, aber er ist genau so gut mit Kakao, oder Vanille, oder Orange, oder Schokoladestuecken, Fruchtstueckchen, Eierlikoer etc. Lasst eurer Phantasie freien Lauf!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>It\u2019s time again for a simple cake; this one is done in no time! There is no butter in it, but whipping cream, which gives it enough fat and makes it very light and airy. You can do this basic recipe with other flavors, mine is with lemon, but try orange, vanilla, cocoa, with chocolate or pieces of fruits etc. Be creative!<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/ra16-709x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-6026\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Fuer einen grossen Gugelhopf oder 2 Cakeformen: <br>6 Eier <br>400 g Zucker <br>400 ml Sahne <br>600 g Mehl <br>2 gehaeufte TL Backpulver <br>3 EL Zitronenessenz (man kann auch einfach Zitronensaft nehmen, dann braucht man aber mindestens 2 Mal soviel und muss dann evt die Mehlmenge anpassen) <br>den Abrieb von 2 Zitronen<\/p>\n<br><p style=\"text-align: center;\">Die Eier mit dem Zucker gut verschlagen, bis die Masse heller wird. Dann die Sahne dazu mischen. Das Mehl mit dem Backpulver mischen und dazu geben, danach den Zitronenabrieb und die Zitronenessenz mitmischen. Den Teig in eine gut gefettete Gugelhopfform geben und im Ofen bei 180 C Grad 50-60 Minuten backen.<\/p>\n<br>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<center><p>For a big Gugelhupf or 2 Cake dishes:\n<br>6 Eggs\n<br>400 g Sugar\n<br>400 ml Whipping Cream\n<br>600 g Flour\n<br>2 heaped tsp Baking Powder\n<br>3 tbsp Lemon Essence (you can use lemon juice, but you would need at least double the amount and you need to adjust the amount of flour)\n<br>Zest of 2 Lemon<\/p>\n<p>Mix the eggs with the sugar until the mass gets light in color. Add the whipping cream and mix. Mix the flour with the baking powder and mix it in. Then add the lemon zest and essence. Mix well.
