Super schmecken sie serviert mit Polenta oder Kartoffelbrei, so dass die Sauce dazu passt.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>These Beef Rib Fingers are without bone. Cooked slowly in the Slow Cooker they get beautifully soft and juicy. The recipe is amazingly simple but will give the meat such a good taste. Important is, to fry them first, to give them a better bite. They are perfect with corn grits (Polenta) or mashed potatoes, so you can taste the sauce better.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/bef19-899x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-6010\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Fuer 4 Personen:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Ca 800 g Rinderrippen ohne Knochen<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Salz und Pfeffer<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Paprika<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Steakgewuerz<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Cayennepfeffer<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">2 EL Mehl<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">1 Zwiebel<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">6 Knoblauchzehen<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">4 gruene Chilischoten<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">1 Bruehwuerfel<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">200 ml Rotwein<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Etwas Olivenoel<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Die Rinderrippen gut wuerzen und mit Mehl bestaeuben. Etwas Olivenoel in einer flachen Pfanne erhitzen und die Rippen darin gut anbraten. Wenig Oel in den Slow Cooker geben und die Rinderrippen da rein geben. Das Fett aus der Pfanne mit rein giessen. Die Zwiebel in feine Scheiben schneiden, die Knoblauchzehen schaehlen und dazu geben. Die gruenen Chilischoten halbieren und mit oder ohne Kerne (je nach Wunsch der Schaerfe) zugeben. Den Rotwein dazu giessen, das Fleisch sollte ungefaehr bedeck sein. Falls nicht, etwas Wasser zugeben. Den Bruehwuerfel dazu geben und den Slow Cooker auf LOW 3,5 Stunden koecheln lassen. Nach der Kochzeit die Fluessigkeit in einen kleinen Topf abgiessen und kurz einkochen lassen. Falls die Sauce zu duenn ist, mit etwas Speisestaerke eindicken. Fry them in some hot oil. Put some oil into the Slow Cooker and add the meat. Also add the fat from the frying pan. Slice the onion, peel the garlic and add. Cut the green chilies in halves and remove the seeds (or leave them if you like it spicy). Pour in the red wine, it should cover the meat, if not add some water. Add the broth cube and turn the Slow Cooker on to LOW. Let it cook for 6.5 hours. <\/em> <em>After the meat is cooked drain the liquid off into a small pot.
