Wenn ich in Europa weile, dann habe ich fast jeden Abend Besucher bei mir. Und da sie wissen, dass ich gut kochen kann, kommen sie mit einem grossen Appetit! Deshalb muss ich oft gut ueberlegen, was ich auftischen will, was viele Muender fuellt und mir nicht zuviel Arbeit macht. So war es auch mit diesen Spaghetti.\u00a0Ich wollte gut vorbereiten und nicht, waehrend die Besucher den Apero trinken, in der Kueche stehen. So habe ich diese Mexikanische Gewuerzmischung zu den Spaghetti gegeben und sie dann einfach im Ofen ueberbacken. Sie schmecken sehr gut, leicht scharf, und haben einen Mexikanischen Einfluss.\u00a0Ich finde, sie sind ganz gut gelungen!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">*************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Lots of visitors, every evening&#8230; that&#8217;s when you get creative! When I am in Europe, I have visitors almost every night. They know I can cook, and they come with a large appetite! I have to think each time what I could cook for a large group and it has to be something that doesn\u2019t need so much time preparing. And this happened with these\u00a0spaghettis. I just wanted to prepare the dish in advance, so I can sit with my visitors for cocktails and don&#8217;t have to work in the kitchen. That&#8217;s why I made a Mexican flavored sauce mix to be put into the pasta and then baked in the oven. There&#8217;s no simpler way to make a good dish! They tasted very good, slightly spicy with Mexican\u00a0flavors!<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/mex6-760x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5967\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Fuer 4 Personen:<br \/>350 g Spaghetti<br \/>3 EL Pesto<br \/>400 g Tomatensauce<br \/>200 g scharfe Tomaten Salsa oder Enchilada Sauce<br \/>150 g geriebener Mozzarella<br \/>150 g Frischkaese<br \/>70 ml Sahne<br \/>Salz und Pfeffer<br \/>Oregano<br \/>Rosmarin<br \/>1 frischer Mozzarella<br \/>10 Basilikum Blaetter<br \/>5 Kirschtomaten<br \/><br \/>Die Spaghetti nach Packungsanleitung kochen, dann abgiessen. In einer Schuessel das Pesto, die Salsa, Tomatensauce, geriebenen Mozzarella, Frischkaese und die Sahne vermischen. Gut wuerzen! Die gekochten Spaghetti mit der Sauce mischen und alles in eine eingefettete Gratinform geben.\u00a0Den frischen Mozzarelle zerreissen und ueber die Spaghetti geben. Die Kirschtomaten halbieren und darauf geben und den Gratin im Ofen bei 180 C Grad 30-40 Minuten backen. Den fertigen Gratin mit gehacktenn Basilikum Blaettern bestreuen und sofort servieren.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For 4 Persons:<\/em><em><br \/><\/em><em>350 g Spaghetti<\/em><em><br \/><\/em><em>3 tbsp Pesto<\/em><em><br \/><\/em><em>400 g\u00a0 Tomato Sauce<\/em><em><br \/><\/em><em>200 g Hot Tomato Salsa or Enchilada Sauce<\/em><em><br \/><\/em><em>150 g grated Mozzarella<\/em><em><br \/><\/em><em>150 g Cream Cheese<\/em><em><br \/><\/em><em>70 ml Whipping Cream<\/em><em><br \/><\/em><em>Salt and Pepper<\/em><em><br \/><\/em><em>Oregano<\/em><em><br \/><\/em><em>Rosemary<\/em><em><br \/><\/em><em>1 fresh Mozzarella Ball<\/em><em><br \/><\/em><em>10 Basil Leaves<\/em><em><br \/><\/em><em>5 Cherry Tomatoes<\/em><em><br \/><br \/><\/em><em>Cook the spaghetti as advised on the packaging and drain them.<\/em><em><br \/><\/em><em>In a big bowl mix the tomato sauce, salsa, pesto, grated Mozzarella, cream cheese, and whipping cream together, season well. <\/em><em>Mix the sauce with the cooked spaghetti and pour them into a greased Gratin dish. <\/em><em>Pull the fresh Mozzarella apart and put onto the spaghetti, half the cherry tomatoes and add them.
