Ostern ist nahe! Ich habe wieder nach einer schnellen und einfachen Methode gesucht, mit der man Ostereier faerben kann. Ich habe Euch bereits die\u00a0“Tuechlein-Methode”.<\/a><\/u> Und heute bringe ich Euch die “Schuettel-Methode”, jap, auch das ist Moeglich. Ich habe die Idee aus einem “Living” Magazin, und ich dachte, ich versuch das einfach mal. Praktisch ist, dass es kaum Arbeit braucht und die Kueche danach ganz schnell wieder aufgeraeumt ist.
Ich erklaere Euch hier auch, wie man Eier kocht, ohne dass sie platzen, ganz einfach und vor allem wieder “Sauerei-frei”! Sie werden einfach Im Ofen gebacken!<\/p>\n

Easter is just around the corner! I was looking for an easy and mess-free method to color eggs. I already brought you the “Towel-Method”\u00a0<\/a><\/u> \u00a0Today I bring you the shake method, yes, this is possible too. I found this idea in a “living” magazine and thought I will try it. It’s very practical, because you don’t need much and it’s actually mess-free.<\/em>
I also show you how to cook the eggs in the oven. It’s easy and again mess-free. They also don’t break during the cooking process, they are just simply baked in the oven!<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n

Ostereier backen:<\/strong>
Die Eier in Muffinfoermchen geben, je kleiner diese Foermchen sind, desto weniger rollen sie rum. Den Ofen auf 180 C Grad vorwaermen. Die Eier rein geben und 30 Minuten backen. Eiswasser bereit stellen und die Eier darin 10 Minuten abschrecken.
Passt auf, die Eier sind gluehend heiss, also benuetzt eine Grillzange oder etwas anderes, um sie in das Eiswasser zu geben.

Eier faerben:<\/strong>
man braucht:
Plastikbecher
Reis
Koerner
Sand
Nussschalen
Linsen
getrocknete Bohnen etc
Lebensmittelfarben

Die verschiedenen getrockneten Zutaten in die Plastikbecher geben, ca 1\/4 voll. Etwas Lebensmittelfarbe dazu geben und den Becher schuetteln, so dass die Farbe verteilt ist. Das gekochte, abgekuehlte Ei reingeben und sorgfaeltig schuetteln, so dass es auf allen Seiten farbe abkriegt.
Ich habe dieses tolle Drahtgestell, um Eier aus den Bechern zunehmen, so warden meine Finger nicht schmutzig. Die Eier in Eierschachteln trocknen lassen.
Falls etwas Reis oder so an den Eiern kleben bleibt, kann man die wegbuersten, nachdem die Farbe getrocknet hat.

Baking Easter Eggs:<\/strong><\/em>
Put the eggs into muffin trays, the smaller the muffin opening is, the better, the eggs will then not roll around. Preheat the oven to 180 C. Put the eggs into the oven and bake for 30 minutes. Prepare ice water in a bowl and put the cooked eggs into it to cool for 10 minutes. This stops the cooking process.<\/em>
Be careful, the eggs will be very hot, so use grilling tongs or anything to transfer the eggs.\u00a0<\/em>

To color the eggs:<\/strong><\/em>
you need:<\/em>
Paper cups<\/em>
Rice<\/em>
Seeds<\/em>
Sand<\/em>
Nutshells<\/em>
Lentils<\/em>
dried beans, legumes<\/em>
Food coloring<\/em>

Put the different dried foods into the paper cups about 1\/4 up. Add a little of the food coloring and shake slightly to add color to all of the seeds. Add the cooked egg and shake again until the egg is coated with color all around. I have this wire thing to lift eggs out of the cups, so it makes it easy and mess-free for me.\u00a0<\/em>
Put the eggs into the egg cartons to dry. If some of the rice or seeds are sticking to the eggs just brush them off after the color is completely dry.<\/em>
