So kann man es super jedem Geschmack anpassen. Ich habe meine Kaesebaellchen in schwarzem und weissem Sesam gedreht und das gibt ihm wirklich einen super guten Geschmack.\u00a0Serviert diesen Kaese zum Fruehstueck, auf knusprigem Brot, oder zu einer Kaeseplatte mit Gschwellten (gekochten Kartoffeln), oder mischt es mit gegrilltem Gemuese.\u00a0Die machen sich auf jeder Kaesepplatte gut! Glaubt mir, er hat Suchtpotenzial!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Cream Cheese can also be made with yogurt.\u00a0This simple recipe can be changed to your taste by using the ingredients you like. I turned my cheese balls over in black and white sesame seeds. MMMMMM&#8230; they are so good! Serve them for breakfast with crisp fresh bread, or on a cheese platter with boiled potatoes, or mix them with grilled vegetables! They look good on any cheese platter! Believe me, you will get addicted to this cheese!<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/fri10-761x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5807\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Fuer 2 Glaeser:<br \/>500 g Nature Jogurt<br \/>1 TL Salz<br \/>1 TL getrocknete Petersilie<br \/>1 TL getrockneten Rosmarin<br \/>4 Lorbeerblaetter<br \/>1 TL Pfefferkoerner<br \/>2-3 Zweigchen frischen Rosmarin<br \/>Wer mag kann auch frische Zitronenblaetter zufuegen<br \/>schwarze und weisse Sesamsamen<br \/>ca 400 ml Olivenoel<br \/><br \/>Das Jogurt mit dem Salz und der Petersilie wuerzen und in ein Kaesetuch geben. Dieses leicht zusammen binden und in einem Sieb, ueber einer Schuessel mindestens 24 Stunden im Kuehlschrank abtropfen lassen. Ich habe meinen 48 Stunden abgetropft! Je laenger er abtropft, desto fester wird der Kaese.<br \/>Den nun festgewordenen Jogurt aus dem Tuch nehmen und aus der Masse Pingpong Ball grosse Baellchen formen. Ich habe aus der Masse ca 20 Stueck erhalten. Den Sesam in einem kleinen Schuesselchen mischen und die Kaesebaellchen darin drehen.\u00a0<br \/>Etwas Olivenoel in zwei Glaeser geben, je zwei Lorbeerblaetter und je die Haelfte des getrockneten Rosmarins und der Pfefferkoerner rein geben. Die Kaesebaellchen nun ins Oel geben. Die frischen Rosmarinzweigchen und die Zitronenblaetter zugeben und mit Olivenoel auffuellen, bis der Kaese bedeckt ist. Im Kuehlschrank lagern!<br \/><br \/><strong>Tips:<\/strong><br \/>&#8211; dreht die Kaesebaellchen in zerbrochenen Pfefferkoernern oder Kuemmelsamen<br \/>&#8211; serviert es zum Fruehstueck auf knusprigem Brot<br \/>&#8211; mischt es zu gegrilltem Gemuese<br \/>&#8211; die Kaesebaellchen koennen selbstverstaendlich auch frisch gemacht und serviert werden, also ohne im Oel eingelegt zu werden. Ich empfehle, sie in Paprika oder Currypulver, getrockneter Petersilie oder Basilikum zu drehen.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For 2 Jars:<\/em><br \/><em>500 g Nature\u00a0Yogurt<\/em><br \/><em>1 tsp\u00a0Salt<\/em><br \/><em>1 tsp dried Parsley<\/em><br \/><em>1 tsp dried Rosemary<\/em><br \/><em>4\u00a0Bay-leaves<\/em><br \/><em>1 tsp Peppercorn<\/em><br \/><em>2-3 Twigs fresh Rosemary<\/em><br \/><em>You can also add some Lemon leaves<\/em><br \/><em>black and white Sesame Seeds<\/em><br \/><em>approx 400 ml Olive Oil<\/em><br \/><br \/><em>Season the yogurt with the salt and dried parsley, then pour it into a\u00a0muslin\u00a0cloth, tie it together and place it into a sieve over a bowl. Put it into the fridge to drip off the liquid for at least 24 hours. I left mine dripping for 48 hours! The longer you let it drip, the more compact the cheese will be.\u00a0<\/em><br \/><em>Now form small balls of the size of ping-pong balls. I made approx 20 of them. Mix the sesame seeds in a small bowl and turn the cheese balls over in them.<\/em><br \/><em>Pour some of the olive oil into two clean jars and add 2 bay-leaves, half of the peppercorns and half of the dried rosemary to each jar. Add the cheese balls. Then fill the jars up with olive oil, until the cheese balls are covered. Add the fresh rosemary and the lemon leaves too. Sore in the fridge!<\/em><br \/><br \/><em><strong>Tips:<\/strong><\/em><br \/><em>&#8211; turn the cheese balls over in crushed peppercorns or cumin seeds<\/em><br \/><em>&#8211; serve them as breakfast with fresh crusty bread<\/em><br \/><em>&#8211; mix it with grilled vegetables<\/em><br \/><em>&#8211; you can actually also serve the cheese balls fresh, without preserving them in oil.
