Man kann sie fertig kaufen dort, fast an jeder Strassenecke, gefuellt mit allem Moeglichen.\u00a0Wir haben in Rom, in einem sizilianischen Take away die besten Arancini gegessen!! Gefuellt mit Tomate, Aubergine und Mozarella, oder Tunafisch, Spinat und Bechamelsauce, oder Sardellen, Tomaten oder&#8230; was auch immer du wuenschst.\u00a0 Sie sind nicht schwer zu machen und man kann so Ueberreste von Risotto aufbrauchen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Arancini di riso are a specialty from Sicily. This is the &#8220;fast food&#8221; from that region, you find them at every street corner. The rice balls are filled with different delicacies. Mozzarella, anchovies, tomatoes, eggplants, meat or bechamel sauce. I was in Rome and had the best ever Arancini. They are easy to make and all you need are leftovers of risotto. <\/em><\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/ara14-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5756\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Fuer 4 Personen oder ca 10 Kugeln:<br \/>250 g Vialone Reis (Risottoreis)<br \/>50 g Butter<br \/>20 g Parmesan<br \/>1 Beutelchen Saffran<br \/>Salz und Pfeffer<br \/>ca 600 ml Bruehe<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Aus diesen Zutaten einen <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/category\/risotto\/\">Risotto<\/a> herstellen und diesen dann ganz auskuehlen lassen, so dass er trocken wird. Am Besten bereitet man den Reis am Morgen vor, damit man die Arancini am Abend machen kann. Aber ich benuetze immer nur Ueberreste von Risotto. Als Fuellung habe ich Mozzarelline genommen, man kann aber seiner Fantasie freien Lauf lassen. Ich empfehle Mozzarelline mit einer Sardelle darum gewickelt, oder mit einer trockenen Tomate und so weiter. <br \/><strong>Kugeln formen:<\/strong><br \/>Die Handflaeche der linken Hand nass machen. Eine Reisladung darauf machen, so dass eine Flaeche von ca 7 cm Durchmesser entsteht. Da eine Mozzarellakugel drauflegen und mit soviel Reis decken, wie man vorher auf die Handflaeche gelegt hat. Nun alles gut zusammen druecken und rund formen. Der Reis klebt super zusammen, man muss also keine Angst haben, dass die Kugeln zerfallen. Diese Kugeln koennen vorbereitet werden und zugedeckt im Kuehlschrank bis zu einem Tag gelagert werden. Man kann sie aber auch einfrieren. Die Kugeln nun in einem kleinen Teigchen aus Mehl und Wasser drehen. Ich habe diesem Teig noch Paprika und Pfeffer zugegeben. Danach die Kugeln in Brotbroesel drehen und in heissem Oel frittieren.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Tipp:<\/strong> Fuelle die Arancini mit Auberginen, Gorgonzola Kaese, Sardellen, Oliven, Pesto oder was auch immer Du magst!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For 4 Persons:<\/em><br \/><em>250 g Risotto Rice<\/em><br \/><em>50 g Butter<\/em><br \/><em>20 g Parmesan<\/em><br \/><em>1 bag Saffron<\/em><br \/><em>Salt and Pepper<\/em><br \/><em>approx. 600 ml Broth<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>With these ingredients you cook a <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/category\/risotto\/\">risotto<\/a> then let it cool down completely to dry it out. Best would be to cook the rice in the morning, so you can finally cook the arancini in the evening. You can also use some leftover risotto if you have some. I use Mozzarelline for the filling, but you can add whatever you like.&nbsp;<\/em><br \/><em><strong>To form the Arancini:<\/strong><\/em><br \/><em>Wet your left hand then place an amount of rice onto your palm; flatten it into a 7 cm diameter round shape and place a mozzarelline on it. Now cover this with the same amount of rice and shape it into a ball, squishing it well together. Don&#8217;t worry it will stick well together! You can prepare the arancini well ahead or even freeze them. Make a small dough out of flour and water, I added pepper and paprika, turn the arancini in this dough and then in some bread crumbs.
