Wenn man ihn dann aufschneidet, sieht der Kuchen aus, als krabbeln da viele Ameisen drin rum. Es ist ein sehr einfaches Rezept und einer der Kuchen, der bei Kindern sehr gut ankommt (oehm, ich korrigiere&#8230; bei allen Menschen).\u00a0<br \/>Leider, wie so oft, konnte ich kaum ein Bild vom aufgeschnittenen Kuchen machen, so schnell wurde es aufgetischt und verschlungen&#8230; schade, mein &#8220;Schnellschuss&#8221; ist unscharf.\u00a0Also, wenn Ihr einen Kuchen fuer einen Kindergeburtstag oder ein Picknick braucht, dann ist hier das Rezept!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************\u00a0<br \/><em>In the German speaking community, we call a cake with some chocolate bits in it ants cake. The name comes from the way it looks when you cut it open. The slices just look like there are ants crawling all over them. It&#8217;s a very simple recipe and one of the cakes all kids love (let me\u00a0rephrase\u00a0that: all people love!)<\/em><br \/><em>Sadly, as so often, I don&#8217;t have a good picture of the cut slices, as they went into the mouth so quickly&#8230; so there is only a very blurred picture.\u00a0So, if you need a cake for a kids birthday or for a pick-nick, this is it!<\/em><br \/><br \/><\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/ami3-683x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5744\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Fuer eine Guglhopfform:<br \/>250 g Butter<br \/>320 g Zucker<br \/>1 Flaeschchen Mandelextrakt<br \/>5 Eier<br \/>Abrieb einer Zitrone<br \/>400 g Mehl<br \/>1 Prise Salz<br \/>50 g Schokostreusel<br \/>50 g Schokotropfen<br \/>50 g gehackte schwarze Schokolade<br \/><br \/>Die Butter mit dem Zucker schaumig schlagen, dann das Salz, Mandelextrakt, den Zitronenabrieb und die Eier nacheinander zugeben und gut mit einmischen.\u00a0Das Mehl darueber streuen und sorgfaeltig einmischen. Alle Schokoladen dazu geben und darunter heben. Ich habe verschiedene Schokoladen dazu gegeben, auch in verschiedenen Groessen, weil das viel mehr Spass macht.\u00a0Eine Guglhopffprm sehr gut einsprayen, jede Vertiefung, und den Teig einfuellen. Im Ofen bei 170 C Grad ca 65-70 Minuten backen.\u00a0Den Gugl 15 Minuten auskuehlen lassen, bevor man ihn aus der Form stuerzt.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/category\/cake-kuchen\/\">Hier findet Ihr mehr Kuchen Rezepte &#8211; here are more cake recipes<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For a Gugelhupf pan:<\/em><br \/><em>250 g Butter<\/em><br \/><em>320 g Sugar<\/em><br \/><em>1 small bottle Almond Extract<\/em><br \/><em>5 Eggs<\/em><br \/><em>Zest of one Lemon<\/em><br \/><em>400 g Flour<\/em><br \/><em>1 Pinch of Salt<\/em><br \/><em>50 g Chocolate Sprinkles<\/em><br \/><em>50 g Chocolate Drops<\/em><br \/><em>50 g dark Chocolate, chopped<\/em><br \/><br \/><em>Beat the butter with the sugar, then add the salt, almond extract, lemon zest and one egg after another. Beat well. Sprinkle the flour over it and mix carefully in. \u200b<\/em><em>Now add all the\u00a0chocolates\u00a0and fold them in.\u00a0I used different chocolate sizes just for fun! Of course, you can use just 150 g of any chocolate chopped up.\u00a0Spray a Gugelhupf pan very well, especially in all the crevices, and pour the dough into it.\u00a0Bake at 170 C for 65-70 minutes.
