Was ich noch mehr mag, sind die verschiedenen Toppings, die man dazu gereicht bekommt. Deshalb habe ich auch ganz viele bereit gemacht! Ich habe ein Huehnerfleischgericht gekocht, natuerlich mit Bohnen und Mais, und dieses in Taco-Koerbchen serviert. Das sah richtig schoen aus! Und geschmeckt hat es auch!!<br \/>Wusstet Ihr, dass der Begriff Taco aus dem mexikanischen Spanisch stammt und Pfropfen oder Knaeuer heisst? Man vermutet, dass der Ausdruck aus dem 18. JH. von den Minenarbeitern stammt, die Papierstuecke um Schiesspulver wickelten, das sie dann zum Sprengen von silberhaltigem Gestein benutzten.\u00a0<br \/>Allerdings wurden gefuellte Maismehl-Tortillas schon vor Ankunft der ersten Europaer dort konsumiert, nur hatten die einen anderen Namen. Traditionell waren diese &#8220;Tacos&#8221; mit Fisch gefuellt und als Snack serviert.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>I love Mexican food, but for me it should not be too spicy. What I also love are the many different toppings, which are served with it.\u00a0That&#8217;s why I made so many!<\/em><br \/><em>I cooked a chicken taco dish, of course with beans and corn, and served it in a basket made of taco. It looked nice! And it tasted really good!! \u00a0<\/em><br \/><em>Did you know, the word taco comes from the Mexican Spanish and means plug or wadding. It&#8217;s believed, the word has been derived from among silver miners in the 18th Century,\u00a0who used explosive charges in plug form consisting of a paper wrapper and gunpowder filling.<\/em><br \/><em>Actually filled corn tortillas were served as a snack long before the first Europeans arrived in Mexico, but they had a different name. They were usually filled with fish.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/taco13-818x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5714\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Fuer 4 Personen:<br \/>400 g Huehnerbrust<br \/>3 Knoblauchzehen<br \/>1 Zwiebel<br \/>etwas Olivenoel<br \/>1 Beutel Taco Seasoning<br \/>1 Dose Mais<br \/>1 Dose Rote Bohnen<br \/>etwas Wasser<br \/><br \/><strong>Toppings:<\/strong><br \/>1 Mango in kleine Wuerfel geschnitten<br \/>1 Tomate, in kleine Wuerfel geschnitten<br \/>1 gruene Chilischote, fein gehackt<br \/>1 Eisberg Salat, kleingeschnitten<br \/>Saure Sahne<br \/>geriebener Cheddar Kaese<br \/>2 Avocados, in kleine Wuerfel geschnitten<br \/><br \/>Den Knoblauch fein hacken, die Zwiebel in feine Scheiben schneiden und im heissen Oel glasig braten. Die Huehnerbruestchen in kleine Wuerfel schneiden und zugeben. Das Tacogewuerz darueber streuen und mit braten. Wenn das Fleisch gut durchgebraten ist, etwas Wasser zugeben und ca. 20 Minuten koecheln lassen.<br \/>Dann die roten Bohnen auswaschen und mit dem Mais zugeben. (Ich wasche immer alles was aus Buechsen kommt erst aus, damit die Zusatzstoffe ausgewaschen werden.) Nochmals 10 Minuten koecheln lassen. Unterdessen die Toppings bereit machen. Das Chicken Taco Gericht in die Taco-Koerbchen geben, mit den Toppings dekorieren und sofort servieren.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For 4 Persons:<\/em><br \/><em>400 g Chicken breast<\/em><br \/><em>3 cloves of Garlic<\/em><br \/><em>1 Onion<\/em><br \/><em>some Olive Oil<\/em><br \/><em>1 Sachet Taco Seasoning<\/em><br \/><em>1 can Corn<\/em><br \/><em>1 can Red Beans<\/em><br \/><em>some Water<\/em><br \/><br \/><em><strong>Toppings:<\/strong><\/em><br \/><em>1 Mango, diced<\/em><br \/><em>1 Tomato, diced<\/em><br \/><em>1 green Chili, chopped<\/em><br \/><em>1 Iceberg Lettuce, chopped<\/em><br \/><em>Sour Cream<\/em><br \/><em>grated Cheddar Cheese<\/em><br \/><em>2 Avocados, diced<\/em><br \/><br \/><em>Chop the garlic, slice the onion and fry them in hot oil. Dice the chicken breasts and add them. Sprinkle the taco seasoning over the meat and mix well. When the meat is properly fried, add some water and let simmer for 20 minutes.\u00a0<\/em><br \/><em>Wash the red beans and the corn and add them to the meat. (I always wash the canned food to remove the additives.) Let cook for another 10 minutes. Meanwhile prepare the toppings.
